hi all again, sry for keep posting continuously on this thread, I jz wanna ask one thing. I jz increase my x3 720 to 3.5ghz

CPU Vcore: 1.391V
CPU-NB: 1.26V
Mem: 1.71V

OK, so i did a stability test with prime95 blend test, I was so glad that it went stable for the first 4.5 hrs with no issue, temp's 42-43C MAX at full load...then I went out and came bak after another 4-5hrs later and found out that my comp BSOD

Can I consider my comp to be stable? or should I upped more voltage? cuz it survived the first mayb 5-6hrs of prime95 blends test then BSOD later...

stable is really subjective...
i think i heard before...oc guru posted that "who said OC need to be stable?" like that la
and for me, as long it wont interrupt my daily usage, it is stable...
and some prefer priming for long hours like 12hours-antonio will fall into this..
..me, 1 ~2hours is enough...

maybe psu or maybe heat prob such as ram, mobo..

could be overheating could be memory...if 4 hours passed, surely just small or slight settings needs to be adjust or change..

Thank you AMDAthlon for guiding me. So does this count? Make this my last. Cuz i cant figgure out what is bottlenecking my system from going to 4.0Ghz. It boots windows but once login, it restarts. Any idea?

Hmm okay understand..Restart?Usually thats a sign of BSOD.Related to HT Link,NB Frequency and Memory.Have you tried unlock your processor to X4?Any chances?

Erk.. Im using M3A32 MVP Deluxe is 790FX SB600. Dun think SB600 can unlock?

Oh yea..I forgot that too.If u got SB750 it would be an awesome

hehe.. anyway i dun really care about that unlocking cuz i already got an unlocked version. can see my siggy. I took this board because of its awesome 16X 16X CF. Wanna do crossfire by next month. hehe... Can include my B50 Super Pi result also?

have to wait 4 me to go back kuching on 10/12 den i can try to unlock. my B50 rig in kuching. But if unlock, can it still OC this far? cuz i tried to OC my 550 to 3.5Ghz it gets blue screen.

this morning.... i was sooooo heppy...

after that i restart...
still opteron...and start oc by increase the multi...
then hang..cant do anything unless reset cmos...
and now no opteron anymore....
the opteron occur by chance....last night boot as athlon x2 440...same setting it boot as opteron..owh.... i am sad now

if it can stay opteron..its a big deal for me tho....got unlocked multi extra core for rm125

urs can turn to opteron? mebbe other board have higher chance to make it opteron again

last night boot as athlonII...sut down..go to sleep..wake up and turn on PC..then i saw opteron...
take SS,then oc stuck... reset CMOS opteron gone..

and all others are default.. now im researching to do that again

any sifu give some comment?? my Phenom II 965BE's running at 3.8Ghz @ 1.4125v @ 47' or 48' idle and 62'-65' at full load..... izzit normal??

as an outsider, 65'c full load w/ that kinda voltage seems to be abit high, case & ambient temp?
