mine is fine...still can listen, juz gives me the feeling like its going to go out of tune...
try playing with other songs?
if your cracky sound is that serious i think you should send it back for warranty...

the music encoding might not be right/unsuitable

try downloading a free song from iTunes (because they have obviously have the optimal configuration) and see.

if it is still crackling, something might be wrong then.

Does the PwnageTool 3.1.3 solve the brick issue if I accidentally updated my 3.0 3GS to 3.1 previously?

Meaning can I use it to make calls or even use it as an iTouch?

I want to ask that if my carrier signal is full and its on coverage..but why while im not using the phone for calls or sms and just sleep/on the iphone , but why other ppls cant call or sms me ?

Otherwise, i have to send a sms or make a phone call den i'll only receive those missed call message from Digi .It was like the line will 'sleep' if im not making any phone calls or sms ..=(

hey, why i got one ringtone that i create myself using iTunes; convert to AAC file then change to .m4r (got the link from some of the topic forum here, forgot where.. )

the issue is when i put the .m4r on the itune library, it cannot sync'ed to the phone.. ? btw, i'm using Itune 9, maxis iphone 3g & window 7

for the bold part, this is telco problem as my sony k810i also like this ... wake up in the morning and shut the phone during sleeping, then unless a call or sms coming in, i only can receive the sms and missed call message from maxis which sent to me during my phone shut down period

sometimes after a 20mins i still can receive call .. bt sometimes even after 5mins already cant receive calls..=(

I'm having my 3GS for almost a month now.
Notice that there's 1 crack near the sim card holder and the power button.
Wonder if maxis' warranty cover such defects?
I think it just got cracked these few days.
When I bought it, it was fine...
Here's a pic of the crack, that's the best i could do, hope it's visible enough.
