I spend over my Credit card limit already. So.. next time la..
*

Really very good price. wait 2 years later mayb i will get when d price drop.. buahahaha

QUOTE(ohzmygod @ Sep 10 2009, 11:03 PM)
i had a hard time to decide which 1 to go for.. i spent like 15 min holding 18250 and 16105 at the counter. thinking which 1 to go for...
until they pull down their gate to give me a hint that they are going to close

thought of 18250 + 1750 ..
but ended up buying 16105 + 50 1.8
i compared 16105 and 18250 .. 16105 does produce sharper image.. but ofcos it lose up the mobility lor... cos i don think i will need that zoom for now.. although i would love to have one

sig.. maybe we can swap the lens after few months? hehehehe
*
So u bought the 16105? did u actually test the 1750?? im oso dilemma between dis 2. but 18250 is not within my consideration.

QUOTE(Poadster @ Sep 10 2009, 11:12 PM)
Any F42 flash user using diffuser here?? Wanted to know what diffuser type fits and which is best, between the boxy type and the toilet bowl type??

Wanna use it to snap pics of my newborn niece, going to SG during raya.
*
milvtec selling one for F42.. im thinking to get one from him too...together with the tamron 1750 f2.8, mayb checkout some of his bags too

QUOTE(Poadster @ Sep 10 2009, 11:23 PM)
Cool... will use this technique....  rclxms.gif

Was planning to diffuse the pop up flash and the F42, then point the F42 to a wall, and fire it off wireless-ly when taking snaps of her... didnt realise that the pop up will fire off too...

Is there a way to fire the F42 wirelessly without firing the pop up??

now all i need is to download PP skills into my brain.... ala Matrix...  hmm.gif
*
u hv no choice but to use the pop up flash to trigger wireless flash.. What i do usually is to decrease the power of pop up flash to minimun... then use my hand to block d popup flash. most of the time i find the pop up flash undesireable needed... so i do tat. tongue.gif giving the subject a more dramatic lighting effect from the F42 itself

I don't quite understand..for the 2nd photo, he set the exposure bias to 1.0, in the third one, because there was a lot of white, so the noise wasn't visible ka??

Any sifus here using or recommends using a 2X tele-converter lens??

Using it means that i get double the zoom (as in 200mm X 1.5 X 2 = 600mm total)???

Will it affect the IQ?
*
If using 2x..the zoom and the aperture will double..

Will degrade the IQ..hunting..and for some lens..not compatible (depend on brand..and how old the TC..)

Advisable to use TC with prime lens.. then ok
