The sun was a very sharp angle behind me when I took this shot. I find that when the sun is at such angles, the skies are a real nice blue!

nice blue sky.. is like picture taken overseas... the DRO level 3 did help the blue sky right? Cause i frequenty found myself shooting overexposed sky or under exposed building...
