it's not about the specs, people do not care about the functionality.
iphone 3G lost to many other cheaper touchscreen phones by miles, yet it is still popular and people are more willing to get an iphone rather than getting other better phones at cheaper price

heard it will be RM2250 RRP. It's expensive, cause of the capacitive and Come with Music features.

if it is 2k++ then it is expensive. Rather go for iPhone or HTC. Prefer they cut down the spec for 32gb to 8 or 4gb then maybe the price is more acceptable by public.. And I'm waiting for Nokia 5530 to be release at Malaysia first. 5800 is too bulky to me.

the interface almost the same with nokia 5800 + nokia 5530
but it got capacitive touch screen

this is one of those things that sony does to have a foot in their accessory sales...which is very expensive when you think about it...

they have their own memory format, the M2, they hv their own connectivity port (not using the micro USB like the rest of the world)...things like that...

but still, uneducated consumers don't mind forking out money for things that other brands just do better...fact!

just like the apple iphone, it can't multitask when other phones like samsung and nokia have been doing it for ages...fact!

Do want but would've been better if the screen is 3.5" and just use a memory card storage for lower price. ;x At the suggested price it's a bit too much for a not so fast CPU and no GPU. ._. Capacitive? Oh yessssss...

The glass screen material is the same as iPhone. You may check iPhone screen test first and then you know. Oh, maybe nokia have improve the screen? Wait the real review reveal

the difference are only the capacitive touchscreen, bigger internal memory, 5mp pixel camera and smaller phone.
whether pay another 1k for the phone is worth or not depends on different ppl.
if someone really wants a small touchscreen bar phone with touchscreen and high mp camera, so far this is the only one.

After my 5800, will this my next journey??

I always have doubts on Nokia's camera. be it Carl Zeiss or not.

Currently I'm using the Nokia 5800XM, photo quality is disappointing especially under poor lighting condition.

I do hope there is an improvement on the X6.

Carl Zeiss is good actually. But sometime it depend on how good the sensor is. Since XM5800 is Xpress Music edition, the camera quality will be a downside of it.

5800XM was a success xpress music phone. This phone won't sell so much since it's abit expensive then 5800XM. But, becoming the first capacitive touchscreen phone from Nokia, I beg differs. lol

i wonder, why nokia use capacitive toychscreen on music phone, i mean it should be introduced since they announced the n97...

capacitive touchscreen cannot use stylus, so if u wanna do handwriting or click on something small wen surfing the net, most probably wen u use finger, u will miss. tats why resistive with stylus is prefered by a lot of ppl also. capacitive doesn't automatically mean good. tats apple brainwashing u.

It's definitely a rectangular-ish phone compared to the rounded corner 5800. As for the camera, if it's not a DSLR forget about lowlight lol. The 5800 camera is good with enough light IMO.

my n82 camera should be as good/better than this x6.

Nokia N82 has the BEST camera so far. no doubt it.
