laugh.gif Patent isn't exactly what you imagined it to be. It's specific with a lot of .. specifics.

If a handset able to offer multi-touch function, it doesn't mean an immediate patent infringement.

I'm replying your post not to deny the fact that no other phone can offer multi-touch because of that particular patent. I'm merely pointing out the fact that the patent haven't expired yet.
