I got to agree with Skyblue99's comment. I feel that the photo doesn't look so sharp too. Did you use a tripod?  smile.gif

Bro is it the pic taken with free hand? I guess you need a tripod very much to shoot such a extreme low light condition. A tripod will save you up and try to put a f/8-12 (Aperture) will do you a good job. smile.gif

It would be great if you could state the exposure setting (ISO/shutter/aperture) when you post photos in here for comment smile.gif

hey guys, i plan to get an external flash. but i'm undecided which one to go for.

should i get nissin di866 or nikon sb900 or something lower range? budget wise i can't really say, i'im willing to pay for something that will be useful. most of the shots i take are portrait, buildings, etc not really into specific shots.

pls advise. thanks in advance.

i think, if budget not a constraint, should go for SB900.

is SB900 very much better than nissin di866 or sb800 or sb600? if they are in the same performance level, should i fork out much more for sb900? budget is not exactly not a constraint, of coz it is biggrin.gif

thanks in advance

well...from what i know...sb 800 is hard to find now...if you can find one, you can go for it...so far sb 900 is quite powerful...

imo, original products is always better than 3rd party. they will be more compatible with future nikon models than 3rd parties product.
sb900's Guide Number is higer than sb800 and sb600. sb600 can't act as a commander.
since you have the budget why not go for the best smile.gif

Yeah I understand that original producs are better than 3rd party. but the price of sb900 is double that of di866 doh.gif

and it is almost 4 times more expensive than di622. but i think i will filter out 3rd party products. so i'm left with sb900, 800 or 600.

what do you mean sb900's Guide Number is higher, and sb600 can't act as commander?
