both b4 i clean my sensor... now feel more sharp

Does sensor cleanliness effect sharpness?? can show before and after comparison?
A flash is supposed to freeze the motion hence handshake shouldn't be a big problem unless u really shake a lot. Use rear sync flash next time if you are using slower shutter speed.

ic..ic...
but let say...either I buy new 50mm f/1.8D AF OR SB600..
which one your prefer?
like said before..prefer for potrait+outdoor..
ambil gambar suka2 saje....mostly amik gambar anak...
** 50mm f/1.8D AF is rated no 1 of 10 Nikon's Best Lenses at
http://www.kenrockwell.com/nikon/10-best.htmHow old is your kid? I have great problem shooting my nephew. kids move TOOOOO much....if you really shoot outdoor only then get 50mm 1.8...else I would say a flash is MORE useful. FYI, i use my flash almost 70~80% of the time now....even outdoor

but Im refferring at
http://www.kenrockwell.com/nikon/10-best.htmthe 18-105 not even listed..but..some other peoples said.. the 18-105mm actually is good enuf for beginer....like me

Added on November 17, 2009, 4:08 pmhow about the other brand like tokina, sigma, tamron..etc..etc
18-105 is a decent lens to start with. There is a reason for the RM1k price tag on that lens. AF-S and VR. Check out the MTF chart, its decent too

in the meeting room~! lampu bright enuff for normal lighting. im using 1/125 second, F20, ISO 400. can u get this bright for face only and darken the background? last time i used 2 SB600 to get this same effect

I dont get what you are trying to say here
The room is bright and u use SB900 to get the effect? If the lighting is bright enough, even SB400 also enough we dont need SB600/800/900 here.
In order to get a dark background is to kill off the ambient light entering your camera

...get the concept right then you should be able to achieve it.
your camera meters your background, your flash meters your foreground. So how to kill off your background? make sure you make your metering -X ev. Done
