Ask around other users on opinions over the destructor, I'm sure there will be some who agrees with me, but yeah I'm in front of my pc <8hours a day, but yeah if you head over some other retail site on user reviews you'll find out its quite consistent with what I'm trying to say =P

my exactmat speed side wore out in 3 months...i went thru 2 exactmats in a yr...then i moved to cloth
my cloth also wears out, but takes longer...around 6 to 9 months.

My Copperhead's teflon feet is considerably thin compared to when i bought it.

My Mantis speed is worn out. I've been using it for intensive gaming seesions
Now it looks like a floor mat. Really ugly and torn
You just play games and slide your mouse atleast 6 hours a day
Then you continue doing it for the next 3-4 months
You get those beautiful marks
If you do like that and your pads looks torn. I'm not responsible
Never tried plastic hard mats. I'm afraid that the plastic will eat my mouse feet
Then need to change the feet and pad. More pocket holes
