and restore to latest firmware 3.0

plz i need help with the internet charges serves am using iphone 3g with celcom sim card and every thing is working fine except that when ever i check my credit blance every time its less without doing any phone call so i read some topics about this problem then i found out that i have to install program called sbsettings to avoid this problem and after i install this program an i of the edge i still having the same problem so any one can help me to find the solution

Hi I need help here :)

My dad brought me back an Iphone 2G (old one) from Aus and it can be use in Digi Simcard
I guess it has been Unlocked.
I was so stupid .. I download iTunes 8.2, I plug in my Iphone and let it update to 3.0 yesterday night!
And now the iphone has been locked and said my simcard cannot be used :X

I know I was screw up and I wonder are there any way to save back the iphone :( ?

your 2G has been locked. follow the tutorial/guide here to jailbreak and unlock.

And it can't seem to access www.gsc.com.my - like do the full booking.

Can it access www.rhbinvest.com too?

Isn't this weird? I have to keep the 3G setting on if I want to make calls.... as soon as i turn it off the signal drops to "no service"...

i remember reading the 3.0 can do multiple attachment in an email, how ?
i cant seem to send more than one phto at a time

I just did with 3 pictures and no problems at all. I don't see why you can't. Just launch photos and press and then select your pictures. Press share and select email. Done.

No we can't as pointed out by nokia2003. If we can, we would have said yes. There were developers who tried by sadly not for all sites. Mainly only youtube links. Hopefully flash will be implemented by Apple soon.

Unlocked? (or Part Number): Not officially unlocked. Jailbreaked.
Current Firmware : 2.2.1
iTunes Version : 8.1.1
PC/MAC : PC
Jailbreaking software : QuickPwn
Problem Encountered : Cannot detect Maxis carrier
Steps Taken So Far : Tried the update ipcc method but doesn't seem to change anything. STill can't detect carrier.

Other Information/Remarks : maxis postpaid sim card... does it matter if it's old or new simcard?

when i go 'settings' at my iphone, i can't even choose any carrier...the option doesn't exist at all...
i tried using my digi prepaid sim card and it works...is it due to maxis postpaid?

or is it due to my uncle's maxis postpaid simcard old type?

any hints?

b4 im using firmware 2.2.1 and upgrade to 3.0 customize firmware 3.0 is that
same as from apple but that is no need to jailbreak or redsnow

i m upgrade to 3.0 customize it is same as from apple 3.0
