If ur using a Mac, Notes will be saved in Mail. Create a new Note and sync ur phone via iTunes. The Note U have copied will be automatically synced to your iPhone. To open the Notes to read, open Notes application on ur iPhone.

Guys, wanna ask is it normal like sometimes when you watching movie or clip and u touch the sreen to stop it but it didn't respond. No matter where you touch in the part of the screen it just doesn't respond.

assuming that your unit is from maxis and you didn't jailbreak and/or configure anything to disable data influx, i can only recommend that you restore your phone and then use the backup to return to its original state.

i'm recommending because you may need to download the carrier settings update.

I can see a lot of third party apps connecting from windows/mac into iphone. But what about the reverse?

Can I browse files from iphone into my network shared drive and then play a movie file directly from there? Or copy and paste an mp3 or picture file into my iphone directly?

What apps can do that?

i recently deleted some free apps that i do not want, but the new apps that took over the old apps place still have the icons of the old/deleted apps, i.e.: my fieldrunners apps have the motionx gps lite icon with it, any1 encountered it too?

solved, need to delete all apps manually from the phone then re-sync again, but there goes all my high scores

I got a iphone 3gs for my wife and she loves it. But there is one thing i need to find out. Is it normal if the screen turn blank just a few ring and you need to press the home button and slide to answer? Is there any setting that can turn on the screen until the ringing over?

I noticed that if we set our region to Malay > Malaysia, then whenever we create new contacts, then the address format setting would be correct. Only problem I see is that in the screensaver, the date displayed will be in malay Is there any way to change that to English?

Nope, if U set it to Malay it'll be Malay. I make do with the US formats

Are you guys experiencing shorter battery life on your iPhone 3G S ?
Compared to iPhone 2G/3G

I thought the battery was still new when I first purchased the phone
And wondered if it would be better after using it for some time.
But it has already been almost a month.

I thought the 3G S has a better battery? Hmm...

My battery drops to less than 20% when it reaches night time.

there are a hundred and one things that you can inspect and the list is inexhaustible

WiFi, bluetooth, dead pixels, crack casing, scratched screen (the screen is purportedly scratch resistent, so it has to be quite a substantial impact for such occurrence), loose dongles and controls et cetera

hi, just purchase the 16gb 3gs,

but facing some problem, can any one help or did some one face the same problem, pls provide solution to solve it

my problem is, the iphone 3gs is purchase form maxis, but i using a celcom postpay line (i think this should not be a problem, because its officially unblock for all operator), i found it when i using my iphone make a call to other people (all kind of operator inc fix line), when they receive my call, the line will automatic cutoff or after few second it will cutoff. it happen every day. the ratio is i make 10 call, at least 4 call facing this kind of problem.

this happen only appear on my current use number, i try to put other celcom or maxis number, its ok, no problem appear.

i was make complain to celcom regaring my problem, after few day they come back to me, tell me line no problem, ask me to change the sim card. but after changing sim card, still appear the same problem

did some one know how to solve this problem or need complain to apple, pls help.
