Any iPhone users here studying/working in the UK? I was wondering what's the best plan to bundle with the iPhone, as in unlimited internet and everything... I am currently signing a contract in UK and I wanna change to a plan with unlimited internet as I've got my 3GS from maxis recently...

I heard O2 Simplicity is quite good with 20pounds per month, includes 600 minutes/ 1200texts and unlimited web bolts on...
Or are there any other better options??

Sorry mods I am new here, not sure whether I could post this here... Tell me if not...

@eason47,
Are U on Maxis?! If U are, U will need to ensure U have stored the number in this format +601XXXXXXXX.

@cool_evo7,
You need to pick the right Region - unfortunately, I'm not sure which particular region has their number stored in that manner. As mentioned, I make do with the US formats biggrin.gif

As stated above, I'm currently using iPhone 3GS. I'm wondering if there is any applications to lock or restrict ppl from reading it? And also I don't plan on JB'ing my iPhone. Thx in advance.

Not possible even if you are willing to pay because theres no applications that has this function.

But best solution to your problem would be turning your sms preview off.

no...I'm a digi user...
......but if i were to save the number in this "+601XXXXXXXX" format...
i'll see the contact name in sms...but when receive call...i'll not be able to see the contact name again...

which means i hav to save the same number with different format twice...?
what if i got several numbers for 1 contact?...then have to double key in again? sad.gif

@eason47,
For DiGi, U have no choice but to save the number twice. Alternatively, upgrade to FW 3.0
