Use MobileMe to brick ur iPhone if it's stolen That's the only option I know but thus far, no one I know have dared to try it

AFAIK MobileMe can only be used to track and erase its contents off the phone.

bricking or blocking (via IMEI) is at the network's sole discretion.

For those on limited data plan, I know we can quickly check the usage by going to settings > general > usage. However it is accumulative and the only way to keep track of one's usage is to reset it at every billing cycle which can be quite troublesome. Has anyone come across an app that could help us do that without having to reset manually?

Guys, yesterday I was playing the Voice Control with my girl. After around 10 times doing different command, my phone start to become crazy.

Sometimes there is sound indication on when you can start your command, sometimes there is only vibration. Worst case is the phone just black out for 3 second then came back on and say invalid command.

Have you tried rebooting the phone?

Never bother to reboot. It still works, just a bit crazy (sot sot). Was wondering if anyone here experience the same thing before as I guess no one would really bother to play with the Voice Control over and over again?

Anyway I have Lady GaGa's Poker Face song and no matter how many person I ask to try to pronouns Poker Face so that my iPhone will play, it will never work.

FYI mine is iPhone 3GS 32gb 3.0 with no jailbreak.

Well, then it doesn't seem like you have a problem since you can't even be bothered to reboot.

One of the benefits of jailbreaking is you get to monitor all the processes running in your iPhone. Maybe a couple of em are running in the background causing the crazyness.

the problem is that. when i insert my sim card, there is no signal. i've tried inserting the sim into another phone and the signal strength is full. i have tried what was inside the manual in case mod decided that i must read the manual. i have also tried restoring. i wonder what is wrong. hopefully someone can help me

first thing first, you must make sure that your unit is a true officially-unlocked unit.

i can confirm it is 100% truly unlocked. it's Italy set. I;ve counter checked the part number with the guide here and it is indeed unlocked

I'm new to the cctv "thing" and I'm not sure if anyone could understand me...

I have generic dome cctv cameras.
When I launch the webdvr web (DYNDNS) from my notebook, it will show the userid and password to key in.
After I key in, I will see all the cctv cameras.

I've entering the dyndns web with Safari... got past the login page but can't see the cameras.
Anyone with success of viewing webdvr cctv on iPhone?
Any recommended apps?
Anyone can share your expertise?

that's weird indeed. how about swapping with other sims?
