That is what Parody is talking about. The changes for Ksha is subtle because it's not from the MG line.

If it was, the changes would be very noticeable, most probably a slimmed down version. And we'll get negative feedbacks for MG Ksha like what people say about MG Blue Frame.

We'll never know until Bandai releases an MG Kshatriya.
MGs often get revised designs where some look better than the lineart (mainly the v2.0s) while others look totally different (Hi-Nu). Early Seed MGs such as Strike and Freedom gained more appropriate proportions, SF HAS to be redesigned after the HG and 1/100 abominations, but the models after that tend to get exaggerated, skinny, lengthy limbs which made them look out of sorts; albeit with superior articulation.
Unicorn stayed fairly true to the original lineart (although the forearm sabres were a late addition compared to the very first design released), while the Sinanju got additional gadgets like the shield and beam axes that weren't present in the first place. For what it's worth, Katoki made subtle changes to the Sinanju such as redesigned rear thrusters, rifle, and tons of decals, which made it look much more refined. If Katoki gets his way in the Unicorn MG line, he'd stick to staying true to his lineart rather than send everything into the slimming centre and I expect the same case with Kshatriya.

Then again, the Victory loses the oversized feet in the upcoming MG to look less cartoony. Judging from the pictures currently available, there are significant flaws with the Victory such as the absence of rotating thigh joints and old tech palms. It's hard to understand why Bandai decides to go ahead with these shortcomings when they can be easily fixed with current MG technology without compromising the transformation mechanics.

it looks too generic for me. no badass factor, no aerodynamics, no personalities no nothing. only the accessories looks good. the gundam itself too plain. the color also not eye catching like red frame was. let see what independent review like dalong will say.
only the details on the armor can entertain to a certain extent, after that its gonna look dull.
Maybe it's a deliberate decision by Bandai. After all the 00S2 mechas lose much detail and became plain janes compared to their predecessors.
But the selling point of the PG00 is the fancy spinning GN drives, not outrageous details and panel lines like the Strike and Astray.
The price is a killer....

That's just too much cash to spend on one gunpla...
