Dunno why in later UC they dun used Funnels anymore. i dun see any in the V gundam series wonder why leh?

MyKy44 - well I agree with you on this one. Funnels and bits are suppose to be difficult to hand and need alot of strengh power from newtype to properly handle them but seem kira already out of this catgetory......

Or another reason will be the future MS are way too fast, powerful, and small. If those Newtype dude still use Funnels they will get shot down before they know it becoz they cant react as fast as the other MS.

actually the near word cant be use in terms of walking speed but yeah.. but i find it quite far from ikea n the curve i think they got a google map on their blog

The Curve is more of a landmark for ppl who are driving there. Famitoys is actually quite far from the Curve for those who plan to go there on foot

i think it is better to say near Giant Kota damansara or nearby 99speedmart Kota damansara..

They got a map on their website lah. Just look for it and you will find it lah. That's how I manage to find famitoy. Gosh ... ppl provide map for a reason. Read and check and google before asking. (this is so like the Painting, building and modding thread)

if u mention... all i know what Usso is good at with his V gundam is he detached the lower body part and use it as a weapon to smash ppl out along with the whole lower body. Does this required new type power.... ehhh i dun think so becoz when he just fly towards the guy and remove the lower body towards tat dude and he himself escape with the g-fighter.

MG Red Frame... I'll be surprised not to see it.

One of the possibilities that funnels are not popular in Victory era could be due to the demise of newtypes. The only prominent ones in V are Queen Maria who seems to have Jesus-like healing properties, and her daughter Shakti.

Another possibility could be the influence of Unicorn now that it has been made official into the UC timeline. The Kshatriya's funnel system were overridden by NTD and used against Marida instead, and coupled together with EF's usual mistrust of newtypes, costs, and complexity of the psycommu/frame technology, all factions decided that newtype weaponry might not be so effective after all. We don't really see any of them in F91 so it's not surprising that Victory lacks them as well.

Well you can say that Usso's newtype powers allowed him to sense the position of the enemies without requiring sensors/radars and therefore enabling him to react faster and perform outrageous (and wasteful) moves with the Victory parts.

yah who need newtype power when the technology is way more advance.... they might as well put in more ALICE system in their MS to help them do the Newtype stuff.

i am somewhat skeptical, does tat mean it'll be on sale on the 25th Nov? And also to be included as a gift in Dengeki Hobby as always?
like: for example: buy one on the 25th, then get a free one for Dengeki Hobby January 2010, so get 2 display heads, amirite?

if u notice carefully, it seems tat the Unicorn head displays (both unicorn and destroy modes) got the Twin vulcan, similar to tat of the RX-78 2's.
then i check back in Dalong and Unicorn's original artwork, it doesnt have the twin vulcans.




btw, if the FA Unicorn & the Rozen Zulu comes out in MG form, it'll be a crack in the wallet for most modellers here, or maybe HGUC versions already cukup la, right?

Man... Kshatriya IS POISON.


Virtually no visible seamlines, neat locking joints to support the wing binders, fairly wide range of articulation despite its bulk. And whoa, the Gundam 2.0 looks puny beside this HGUC.


Even Aegis's sotong mode doesn't look as badass as this... Once kena grab, there's 24+4 beams shooting straight in your face.
