Kshatriya IS POISON. Virtually no visible seamlines, neat locking joints to support the wing binders, fairly wide range of articulation despite its bulk. And whoa, the Gundam 2.0 looks puny beside this HGUC. Even Aegis's sotong mode doesn't look as badass as this... Once kena grab, there's 24+4 beams shooting straight in your face. Antidote... ANTIDOTE !! i need my antidote!!! Walan... damn strong poison

guess this one is a HG kit so no one paid much attention on how accurate the kits is compare to the original art. And there isnt any NG to compare it to.

QUOTE(Parody @ Oct 27 2009, 03:55 PM) Funny how people complained that MG ABF2L slimmed down, yet no one saw how HGUC Kshatriya lost a few hundred pounds
Not a fair comparison I suppose. The Kshatriya might appear a slightly less bulky, but it retains the same chunky parts as the original lineart. The skirt armours looks smaller than the lineart suggested, while the tip of the forearm armours are not as long. Other than that it's still the chubby bulky brute that looks absolute badass. For what it's worth, the 1/100 resin Kshatriya, not the HGUC, is the one that underwent some body-shaping. » Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « With such a detailed and well-designed large-sized HGUC, I am looking forward to the Nightingale... if Bandai decides to give the Hi-Nu some companions that is. Here are some mods mainly based on the HGUC Sazabi. » Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « This post has been edited by StarGhazzer: Oct 27 2009, 07:23 PM

QUOTE(300078 @ Oct 27 2009, 02:09 PM) yah who need newtype power when the technology is way more advance.... they might as well put in more ALICE system in their MS to help them do the Newtype stuff. Plus V2's Wings of Light practically was either a huge beam shield or a huge beam saber. Awesome stuff. Cannot wait for the MG version. since the V is getting one, let's hope the V2 follows soon.

It's true that not many people pay so much attention to a 1/144 scale. Since many people were asking for a Kshatriya from Bandai years ago, i think they're more than happy to see it in a model kit, so not much criticsms can be heard.

Of course it's a fair comparison, because comparitively, the pre-Beecraft-ed HG 1/144 or NG 1/100 are more accurate to the lineart. If we do get an MG Kshatriye, surely you'd see a skinnier and more edgy robot. Comparing to the current HGUC version, the green mech's fanboys would stand up and boycott it for the looks, and maybe even for the price.
Actually, comparing resin kits to plastic kits is the unfair one
