I guess it is to please the purchasers and to boost publicity.

I think its going to b beneficial for everyone. Everyone will start talking bout it thus making the place deserving more attention.

It can also attract crowd to the site who knows it will also help to secure the owners for the remaining shops and retail offices (if any).

dont think they expected to sell out before the showroom.
also TT need to relocate their corporate office to the new site for better publicity.
more news and gathering at the show unit will undoubtedly raise the "standard" of the commercial and residential units there.

wonder what would be the asking subsale prices of TZ?

not bad..with the infamous interior designer Yuan Design and the other world class well known landscape architect Praxcis Design...as TZ consultant...
it is going to be a fantastic place..and the price..well ...definitely will be beautiful too..
Praxcis Deisgn did quite a numerous of well know project [high end] for eg lake edge, lakefields [both by YTL], jade hills[gamuda], pangkor laut island resort, sentul east and the famous pantai hill park..
i am anticipating how TZ going to look like in BK9....in another 3 years
as of the price...need not to say more...

well, to those who have vested early on will surely gain a lot. would asking a premium of 80K be too much to ask for upon VP? blush.gif

Im gonna sell mine at just 10% below SW's price psf. So if SW is asking RM500psf, I'll just let go my unit at RM450psf.......veli cheap thumbup.gif

Passed by TZ at night yesterday...the Zest signage is not too clear as it was dark..probably the management can consider putting a light to shine on it - so that it can be illuminated.
