I guess it is to please the purchasers and to boost publicity.
I think its going to b beneficial for everyone. Everyone will start talking bout it thus making the place deserving more attention. It can also attract crowd to the site who knows it will also help to secure the owners for the remaining shops and retail offices (if any). |

dont think they expected to sell out before the showroom.
also TT need to relocate their corporate office to the new site for better publicity. more news and gathering at the show unit will undoubtedly raise the "standard" of the commercial and residential units there. |

Passed by TZ at night yesterday...the Zest signage is not too clear as it was dark..probably the management can consider putting a light to shine on it - so that it can be illuminated.
