700per sq feet for bukit jalil? then covillea would be rm980K for 1,400sq feet. i would rather buy espalanade landed then for same price.

The resale value of a new apartment in kuchai was 67% of its launch price, no car park if i'm not mistaken, bad narrow 2 lane road and no prospect of a lrt there.

but kuchai has many place to eat, lots of chinese (no discrimination) people want to stay there, dunno why.

how would this condo compare to sierra residency bk 5, going for 260k only.
just want opinions got friend looking for 200k plus condo due to budget constraint around bandar kinrara area.
