how come i missed opportunity to buy Zest?
and got people in 'heated discussion'. Haha
actually i missed buying Saville, Old Klang Road also. cause i thought Metro Kajang quality was crap. Too late now.

tumpang thread a bit.. are they going to built a ramp to bk9 instead of making a big u-turn at tpm..
a hassle if coming from sunway want to turn in to BK9.

700per sq feet for bukit jalil? then covillea would be rm980K for 1,400sq feet. i would rather buy espalanade landed then for same price.

The resale value of a new apartment in kuchai was 67% of its launch price, no car park if i'm not mistaken, bad narrow 2 lane road and no prospect of a lrt there.
but kuchai has many place to eat, lots of chinese (no discrimination) people want to stay there, dunno why.

how would this condo compare to sierra residency bk 5, going for 260k only. just want opinions got friend looking for 200k plus condo due to budget constraint around bandar kinrara area.

A lot of bukit jalil tenants I mean not students.... Oh yea, Working adults do have cars... A lot moving out of bukit jalil to taman desa One can check the ongoing rental rates at taman desa there. Above 2k Cause taman desa in the middle kl/pj and limited supply Bukit jalil and kinrara, puchong jam gila
My take here 2k can meh? They don't need lrt
