oo.. that tyep ah, I know. but you're considered lucky la (or that culprit is stupid tongue.gif ) since most of lock can be opened easily by them, including the real Solex one. among the trusted lock is Abloy brand from Finland. it's used by TNB, Telekom and JBA to lock their sub-station. but that would costs us at least RM200 sweat.gif

Twist: Is the Motul 10W-30? If not, what grade? Is this since you bought bike?
Which model, full clutch?

When tok tok sound start? Immediate after kick start or after warm up or after riding around? When does it get loudest - idle or slightly higher RPM? Does it go away at higher RPM?

Can you listen and agak which part the noise come from?

Its good to invest on safety locks if u could afford it. im using fork lock, cable lock (also at front tyre.. as thick as ur thumb) and of course a double-stand lock. i still wanna add 1 more - sprocket lock.. tongue.gif
Among good locks i would recommend Tri-Circle, coz a police sergeant recommends dis one to me.

twist: from your description, sounds like some parts are loose somewhere - may be worn out, or need adjustment.

Forgot to mention, does the bike vibrate more with the noise?

Is your bike still under warranty? If not, can you find a mechanic that can tell u what's the problem? I wouldn't pay for an overhaul unless I know specifically what's the problem.

My bike is ready for testing after 1 week raya break (I balik kampung 1 week+). biggrin.gif

This round I install camshaft, valve spring, steel braided brake hose, ermm.. what else? I think that's all.

Camshaft is 250-IN, 250-OUT, 1mm higher lift type. Overlap is 100 degree. Should be a flat torque curve from mid-low to mid-high rpm characteristic, hohohoho.

Tomorrow will be in Bee Hock around 5pm. Anybody wanna join me?
