im from nibong tebal and rite now study n doing practical at kl ,but im 2nd owner , as being 2nd hand bike, im not so lucky...block jammed..change to yaguso 58.8 then after 2 month of use suddenly block jammed again and kuar asap putih, when switch on the motorcycle head bergegar... then rebore pulak...foreman said 2x times rebore so i dont know the actual size rite now...me noob...the foreman said 2 of my valve haus? change that also.. so rite now my bike can run again but can hear sound like tik2...i ask the foreman he said its because of the new valve, so i wanna ask expert here issit true? feeling wanna to overhaul my ride, the new bee hock how much cost upah for overhaul? usually how long it take?

pls dont buy osaki spocket

the spocket is only used for 4 month. this happen just today bcoz travelling about 40 km at (50-60)kph, and the chain is slightly lose (only a little bit lose), it happen after a corner, and i just acc from 40kph at 4th gear. The main reason is because for lc, 50kph is not a better speed for 4th gear, the second reason is bcoz osaki spocket is lighter and not very strong compared to others.

my advise is pls prevent buying osaki and if you did, always keep the chain tighten and ride at perfect speed for each gear to prevent the chain to lose and break the spocket.. correct me if i'm wrong.. THX

I thought osaki is among the best brand?
did you lube your chain often?

im a user of yaguso block . so far after more than 2 months got no prob. dunno why ur bike got so much prob  . im not sure how much bee hock is charging. what i know is its gonna take days for overhaul, of cuz best u go in the morning when his shop is just about to open so he can fix ur bike first

1) try different sprocket settings...
2) Find any lightweight friend to test your bike.. see how much it can go 
3) if your bike still using the stock overall and have a warranty, find any dealer that can help you to resetting it back the top-speed. How?  they will take your stock CDI and reprogram it back in the HLY. It can easily go up to the 160km/j for the standard engine... not many ppl know about this... (However by doing this you still need to fork out the money... even still under warranty or not, but if still got warranty it's cheaper than none)

Let me tell you some serious story.

Most foreman will tell you, change to racing CDI, the spark hotter and more accurate at higher rpm.

Yes, it is true. your fuel can have more complete burning ma. More complete burning = more power, more power = more heat.

so piston may have lubang.. The foreman is correct...

but, if your air-fuel mixture is ngam ngam at high rpm, then everything is fine.

In fact, increase air flow without increasing fuel intake even easier to get piston lubang than CDI.

wah, i am using osaki sprocket and chain too. i wash my bike almost every week and oil my sprocket and chain with chain lube once a week. i clean my sprocket and chain every two weeks and lube it again. so far no prob.

but i don't expect my sprocket set will last untill 4 month, maybe after 2-3 month i will change the whole set.

And regarding the CDI, got no prob if ur petrol-air mixture is good. Don't just plug n play. reset ur carb too.
Last time after changing my CDI, the foreman resetting my carb, then he tried running my bike a couple of time before hand it out to me...up untill now no prob with my bike eventhough sometime i push my bike full throttle for a long period of time..

mind to look for CJ Ipoh Racing Exhaust.. Most ppl using it said that it's better than Nob1 muffler.

Do i need to adjust the air-fuel mixture if i want to change CDI?
My bike is almost 1 year old now, and its time for me to buy "her" some birthday presents, hehe...

But I dislike loud pipe. NOB1 SSS is kinda loud to me, especially with bigger block and racing cam.
Yea, need to readjust slightly. CDI mod isn't that significant, always go for mechanical mod first.
