I'm really disappointed with Dell. I can create such kit and the only different thing about mine and Dell is that Dell have COA.

But what differentiate genuine from pirated is also that CoA mah.

Acer upgrade kit too have COA. Sure diff only COA mah.. Abi what different u want? The CD with hologram>?
But seriously, Dell packaging sucks. BVut u get it free woh.. We need to pay USD 18.60 leh.. But for me diff case la.. I bought my ACER on 21st June also can get. They didnt check POP.. hehe

Some more Acer user have to pay USD18.76 for it.
Dell is FREE.
I would rather save the money and get something like Dell offer instead of paying RM60+ for the not-so-eye-candy from Acer.

What I mean is, take a look at Acer packaging, it's nice. Dell packaging looks like they've done it in a hurry.

My feeling for this: Dell charged for the handling before 22/10, but somehow they decided to give them for free after 22/10. So in a hurry they get rid of those fancy packaging and change the shipping service to cut the cost. That's why many Dell user were told the tracking given before were forfeit and no more not-so-eye-candy packaging. Believe it or not.

Futhermore, not much also la for Acer packaging lor...

Then why don't you compare Acer and Dell packaging side by side, shall we?
