I don't know whats wrong I'm hoping someone can guide me. I've sent the proof of purchase for both links but I didn't get any reply at all . Any HP users out there fcing these problems?

i had receive it since last week but i wouldn't want to installed it...scared if i can't paly my crossfire and other game...will it affected the game?

I even asked, what if January comes and later they deny my free Windows 7 upgrade because the upgrade period is over?

And the customer service gal told me I just have to wait patiently and they will get back to me. That even if its past January they cannot deny me of my Windows 7 upgrade.

RM0.00, promo till end of this month. just go to malaysia hp website, go to their lastest promotin. download the absolutely free win7 upgrade kit form. fill in, add a copy of POP n sent to the address on the top of form. then b patient. need some time to process. i wait for 3 weeks.... but is free....

Upgrade from Vista X86 Home Premium to Home Premium is quite fast. About 1hr nia... was paranoid after reading user waiting 2-3hours.

About the HP upgrade kit, they only send Win7 Upgrade version ? No retail version? Means no new serial key for it?

So, if I have a HP laptop that is eligible for Win7 free upgrade, but I don't want use it on my HP laptop, instead I use it to upgrade my Dell laptop with an original window vista home premium, will it works?

hi, I upgraded from vista to windows 7 but my files are missing and i can't connect to the internet. I'm using maxis broadband and when i try to connect, error keeps popping out. error 619: ...cannot connect to remote computer ... then it'll say device is disabled or disconnected.

where is my files and what should i do bout the maxis broadband thing?
