i have question to ask you guys.. from the first page website link to hp it stated is eligible if "Your PC* must be purchased between June 26, 2009 to January 31, 2010"
-but i went for dl form it stated things. and the is different which can see below

This Program is strictly open for end-user customers that have purchased HP Consumer Notebook and/or Consumer Desktop PC as shown in the pc models above from 12th October 2009 to 31st December 2009. http://h50025.www5.hp.com/ENP5/Public/Cont...ID=374&pageID=1

-add 1 more things. do we need to paid the shipping? If yes, can i collect from the HQ.

i just view the hp site. it charge usd 19.90. can i pay by debit card? forum the previous post it stated that dell and hp adsorb all the fees, is it true?

where to register the upgrade things. i can't log on to the hp upgrade it seem doesn't exists.
