There are dozens of them who are frequent runners. I knew because I always run at the back of pack and (almost) all girls take over me. So, I could notice them. But maybe they are not in here.

there are gals that run, just that not many in this forum, Syd G and Bubble are 2 of them. U are a darn fast runner, can run in 4mins pace. Y dont you continue to run, shud be able to have good position in road races.

i can say...more girls are running these days. good laa....but on this forum. not many girls laa. maybe they are shy or bz. we guys can multitask. hahahaha...
strinq if u want ur run to be fun. go to buckeye outdoor and get them to coach u. its free....im using it now. they tell u when to run n when to rest. rest is important u know.

Ah, thanks for the advice.
I think i need to rest...been running at least 5-6 times a week for the past few weeks.
Right knee is getting bad.
After todays run it was particularly painful.

rest...do some yoga. seriously bro. it helps..or if u know where to massage. go massage ur kaki. get the blood flow properly. if u run fast already. plan laa to enter any run next month or in december. 10-12k should do. then we can all meet up. nice...
