I got extremely excited today when a Maxis personnel called me up today. I thought I could collect my iPhone today. Mana tau, all he wanted to know was where I would like to collect my phone. My heart skipped a little... Aih... When I asked him when, his answer is similar to those received by the forumers here - 30 days from the day you booked your phone.

sorry dude... no idea cos i damn busy recently so i din bother to know my no. U went and check the list? how long they asked u to wait?

if now i at penang,can i write the collection place at KLCC?

Just book at any Maxis center or MEP or ARP. Check out maxis website if you want to locate those shops.

And COLLECT your phone from the PLACE you place your booking. That's it ....

so far from wat i know is... they distribute iphone by maxis center not follow the batch... for those who book at klcc..well congrats.. u will get it sooner than anyplace.. others u can keep complain to maxis CS.. thats is wat i did after i scolded them distributing iphone not folow by batch but maxis center.. at the same day at night, i recieved 3 phone calls.. 1 of from maxis CS confirm that i can get it tmr, the 2nd phone call is from the place where i book my iphone which is call from a maxis staff ( timesquare) and the last call is from the manager of the timesquare maxis center... LOL and now i got my iphone...

so guy.. dun hesitate to complain.. especially those book b4 10th of august... good luck^^

I finally got through to someone in Maxis CS (shoutout to Elle, who sounds Filipino / Spanish) and to Azwan (I think), both of whom are hot on the tails of the unscrupulous MEP who apparently had my stock and sold it to someone else for $$$. Basket.

Now they are investigating and I should get my phones by next week. Bugger that MEP! No good!

I book a i3gs 32gb in kuantan maxis center on 9 Aug still dont get the phone :(

The reason KL gets it first is that it's the HQ and that's probably where all the handsets are sent off before it's being distributed to the rest of the Nation. Best if U contact the dealer U placed ur booking from and harass them; not us

Just want to share with u guys. I at maxis klcc now and who booked til 19 august can go and collect their phone. The girl there told me they got stock for ppl who booked until 19 august. My fren booked on 10 aug and they can't found his name in the system. So all of u must bring the booking receipt when u go there in case anything happen. Now we are waiting to collect the blAckie baby.

Hey, just wondering, i booked mine at the klcc roadshow on 12 august, i went to the maxis booth, but they gave me a machines receipt, so should i go to maxis to clam my baby? or should i wait for machines to call? cause i went to machines yesterday, and they still tell me no stock. is yours a maxis receipt or machines receipt?

U should wait for Machines to contact U. Also as ashin83 has mentioned, those stocks availability are for those who pre booked BEFORE 10th August. You did yours on the 12th.

In any case, if U aren't sure, contact Machines and check if ur iPhone 3GS has arrived.

but anyway, i think your right, i should wait for machines, it's just so frustrating to know that people who booked at the same place on the same day, even after you, have gotten their iphones.

but i think i should be getting mine soon, machines and maxis are in the same block, and they did the road show together, so i think machines klcc should be getting their stock pretty soon, i hope.
