They do not provide bubble wrap. So u have to get it yourself. Can be found in Stationery shop or Shopping malls.

Poslaju's service is going down really bad. Had two major issues with them.

So far so good on my experience,
I think sometimes it does depends on the individual postman.
Which area you send to?

Hello. I am having a quite strange situation. Firstly, my hostel do not have mailbox. Secondly, if the postman come, how am I be notice that he is at the bottom of my hostel?

I have some questions here..

1) Will the postman give me a call when he arrive? (Most probably not)
2) If not, is it possible that the parcel to be send to the nearest post office and I go to collect it? What I meant is, the parcel is written with the post office address and they will contact me for me to collect.
3) If not, any other suggestion?

Thank you in advance~

Poslaju will deliver item to your doorstep and ask for your signature. If nobodys at home they will leave a collection slip for you to collect at nearest posoffice.

Lesson learn, never use poslaju during Puasa season. Item reached within 1 day, issue arrived when enter post station. No greet and no smile.
I complaint to another clerk which is there another clerk finding for 3 of my parcel. The clerk that I complain to I asked her how come 20 minutes haven't get to find.
She go inside and tell the other clerk. The other clerk came out slowly in matrix style and scold me back, 'only got 2 clerk'.
I on the spot, no comment! Not to say racist or anything but just because of Puasa u are allowed to work in a slow pace?

Fasting doesn't give you the excuse to give bad service bro. Seriously this kind of attitude can only happen in Malaysia. If Pos Malaysia were to compete with other countries. They will surely "dabao"

I sent a parcel to my customer last week on 18/08/11 and by right the parcel should have been delivered on the next day. But till now the parcel is still stuck at PPL Shah Alam...and after two times attempted delivery still not able to deliver to my customer. My customer contacted the poslaju centre and was told that they wasn't able to deliver the first time due to heavy rain. I don't know what reason they give the second time but this is the first case I've come across in such a long time since using poslaju services for over 20years! I know it's fasting month but I do hope they don't make this their excuses for giving poor services and not being able to deliver on time. As a fellow muslim I don't like this and yeah fasting shouldn't be an excuse for one to give poor services sad.gif

Edit:

I made another call to PPL Shah Alam just now and they said the second time they couldn't deliver due to heavy rain as well. Sheesh...why don't they use vans instead when making deliveries if they know it's raining heavily nowadays!? It's is such a ridiculous excuse really!!! vmad.gif
