Most of the time I used POS EKSPRESS.
But in the slip, they promise and guarantee to reach the selected area in 1 day. but it end up it takes 2 day, am I allowed to take action toward them? |

Lesson learn, never use poslaju during Puasa season. Item reached within 1 day, issue arrived when enter post station. No greet and no smile.
I complaint to another clerk which is there another clerk finding for 3 of my parcel. The clerk that I complain to I asked her how come 20 minutes haven't get to find. She go inside and tell the other clerk. The other clerk came out slowly in matrix style and scold me back, 'only got 2 clerk'. I on the spot, no comment!
