Why suddenly got this call card thing? What does that mean? I was at home waiting the whole time, no card and no parcel.

Anyway, I need the package urgently. Should I go to pick it up at the pos office tmrw? Or just wait for whatever call card or the parcel.

I will call Poslaju Penang tomorrow.
Actually Poslaju online tracking is kinda hopeless, I think they just simply put 1 status or just cheat.
Sometimes let say there write 13th Out for delivery, 14th failed and call card sent. But actually I was at home all the time and they didn't even come.
After I call they only tell me 'it will be send by tomorrow or etc'.
Hopeless.

it seems to me that there is no consistency on the branches. why dicksonbell being refused? i came to ask because i was refused send out as well (POS Malaysia Cyberjaya Terminal). but why sellers here can use poslaju to courier sold phones?

Hi there..i'm from lahad datu sabah..ystday i post a parcel of a small box to pulau pinang..but until now check the online tracking still no report abt the tracking no. they gave me..when i call 1-300-300-300 the girl say no such item..help me pls..what should i do now...?

Their tracking system always slow .. so don't worry about it. try track it today. if still cannot track then wait and see whether the recipient will receive the parcel. Meanwhile prepare to email pos malaysia to ask about it. Scan/take photo of the pos slip and attach to the email. Show them the tracking number is valid.

Not that I heard of...as far as I know they will open except on public holidays so the post office will still continue their operation except 30/08, 31/08 &1/09 but services will be slow during that whole week. How they gonna deliver all the raya cards by end of this month if they closed next week?

Poslaju's service is going down really bad. Had two major issues with them.
