QUOTE(solsekuin44 @ Jul 8 2010, 09:00 PM) Did you tick "next day delivery" or "same day delivery" option? Did you send during the weekend? Pos Malaysia doesn't work on first Saturdays.QUOTE(Zen-X @ Jul 8 2010, 09:02 PM) wanna ask..if i send d parcel today (poslaju one) around 4pm..then tmrw it will be processed rite? and take another day to reach? like that? Last collection is usually 3pm. If you post before 3pm, they will process and ship out the same day to destination. Takes 2 days max, usually its the next working day if you post before 3pm. |

If everybody experience 3 days delivery then i believe pos malaysia is closing soon. Of course there are certain percentage of it, from my experience it should be around 2/10 delivery you will get 3 days (BONUS
Those 3 days delivery destination were KLCC, cheras, and not rural area. |

Anyway didn't you read about how certain branches accepted electronic items such as headphones etc without problems while other branches reject such parcels outright? The only standard practice they have is they don't have standard practices Thanks for sharing.. Never know that we can purposely tick them, haha.. Ingatkan that post officer will do so. Pos Laju items are supposed to reach recipients in 1 day (providing you sent the stuff in before the cut off time) to any location. If they are taking so long, why are we paying so much more then? I've had normal stamped items reach me the next day as well, and most within a week.
Even for Pos Ekspres, they are supposed to reach recipients in 1 day (providing you sent the stuff in before the cut off time) if the recipients are in those selected postcode areas (actually supposed to be same day delivery I believe). I've been sending my complaints in every time they don't deliver within the timeframe, and I hope everyone does the same. Then at least there are the numbers to push them to work better you see. |

If pos laju, it's next day delivery. 5 working days considered fast since you are only using the normal delivery service + with tracking number. |

QUOTE(giggly02 @ Jul 15 2010, 04:00 PM) Hi, You can easily buy those boxes at any pos office or pos laju center. Just wondering.. I notice that there is this 'PosLaju pack' boxes available in the market. Does anyone knows how it works? Thanks The price is just for the box. Minimum is RM2 box. It's a good quality box but not sure worth the money or not as you can easily get brown unwanted boxes. On top of that, you have to pay the postage (depending on the weight) when you want to post out. |
