The above amount is not inclusive of 10% fuel surcharge, 10% handling charges and 5% GST

That's 25% extra charge from pos laju...so expensive!!!

1. Is there any ways or instructions to direct the pos laju to send items to someone on certain (example: 12 noon) times only?

2. And can we instructs them to call the receiver first before sending the items to the receiver?

Hey guys from my tracking number I get this:
29-Nov-2009  04:36  Departure from inward OE/Send item to domestic location

What does the OE mean? And send item to domestic location does that mean it's sending the goods to my house?
I thought Sunday is an off day.

Thanks for the help!
*
Means send to the nearest post office in your area.
Example, from somewhere to Gombak pos office.

hello all,
a few questions:

1. does any1 have copy of the form? i just wana haf a look.
2. must i ready pack my stuffs (put in box or wrap properly) b4 even stepping into the office to avoid time consuming?
3. is it possible tat i buy the form in bulk, fill it n then only go to post ofis n post? or i hafta do the filling thr itself?
4. this 1 OT. as a seller do u weigh the item 1st then only inform the buyer postage fee or u just put fix price?

thank you all for ur help.
*
1. read answer 3.
2. Yes, it's best to pack your stuff before you get to the pos office. They will not pack for you.
3. The form is free. You can just take it at the pos office. If you need more, just ask for it at the counter.
4. basically you just estimated the weight of the items and quote the buyer the price.

pos domestik is pos daftar
it's just a normal mail not express mail like pos laju

Where can I apply for a poslaju corporate account? So that the postman will come to my office pick-up?
*
you can call the nearest pos laju center and they can come to your house for a RM2 charges.
if you got a valid business license, you can open an account / membership with them hence getting a lower price for your postage stuff.

Hi,

I was wondering, if I were to buy something online, can I tell my buyer to send me the item at a specific time? The courier service is poslaju.

Say like, 4-5pm.
*
You have to tell pos laju to send on specific time, and not tell the seller.
Get the tracking number from the seller, then call up your nearest pos laju center and ask them to arrange delivery at the time you prefer.
Hopefully they will follow, if not it's best to go and collect at the pos laju counter yourself.

guys, what does this mean?

"Unable to deliver the item due to addressee requested later delivery"

Been waiting for my package yesterday, camped all day, and this appears when I checked online.
*
So did you request for that actually? hmm.gif

It's best to call / go to your nearest pos laju / pos office center and enquire about that.

Haha, yeah.. The most bad tempered I experienced was in Tg. Malim yo.. But she was being very, sweet and nice with guys.
Haha..
I see, means others cannot ask for it?
If not registered, then means I have to pay for the bag?
*
you can try asking for the plastics bag for free. they are not selling.
depends, pos laju kangar will give but i try asking at pos laju alor star, she refused to give.

by the way, you from tanjong malim? there is no pos laju center over there. only got pos office.

QUOTE(~Mew~ @ Feb 10 2010, 11:48 PM)
How to make an open account ? Talk to them ? Any charges ? So once you have an account for pos laju then you can demand for the bag ?
*
QUOTE(Mun_ @ Feb 10 2010, 11:53 PM)
How to open an account ? I wanted to know also nod.gif .. hehe..

Once have account ,is it like others Couriers Co. ,
they will come and pick up the parcel as well  hmm.gif ?
*
You must have a valid business license then can open account with pos laju.
Have to pay some deposit. Just ask about that at your nearest pos office

Among the privileges are:
1. Getting 10% discounts on your postage fees.
2. Getting free plastic bags to pack your stuff. No need to buy any brown wrapping papers (for example) anymore.
3. Getting free pick up service. The posman will come collect at your house. No need to pay him, will be debited into you account. But make sure you settle the bill at the end of the month.
