It would depend on the type of service you want..

Maybe specify at least the weight and service you prefer?

You can easily buy those boxes at any pos office or pos laju center.
The price is just for the box. Minimum is RM2 box.
It's a good quality box but not sure worth the money or not as you can easily get brown unwanted boxes.

On top of that, you have to pay the postage (depending on the weight) when you want to post out.

Thanks, AskarPerang!! You are right.. I might as well get those brown boxes instead..

Thanks biggrin.gif

Sigh.. I posted an item on the 15 July 2010 but until today it has not even reach my recipient.. Called the PosLaju centre and no one picks up the call.. When I finally got through, they said will deliver today but still have not reach my recipient.. rclxub.gif

Call 1-300-300-300 and they say have to call the PosLaju centre directly..
Paid RM25.20 for the postage and until now also have not reach.. mad.gif
Might as well use parcel delivery vmad.gif

Worst still, now I am worried the item is lost shakehead.gif

Yar.. Now with this type of service, I think if anoyone wants to post heavy parcel, better opt for courier delivery..

Previously, I used PosLaju for light parcels and there wasn't any problem so I had lots of confidence in the item.. So far, everything was a one-day delivery thing...

But after this experience, now I am not so confident in their service anymore shakehead.gif

wah~ really pity you, you must be worried sick. Hopefully your stuff delivered to you. If it's poslaju, I be worried sick also if parcel arrived 1 day late.
*
Hehehe.. Actually I am the seller.. blush.gif

But they found my item.. Apparently, there was some problem with my parcel (one of my toner have leaked out from the parcel) and thus they decided not to deliver the item.. But without informing both me and my buyer.. shakehead.gif

I have wrapped the item with the 'This Way Up' sign on all four sides of the box but apparently they tilted my box and thus resulting in the spillage.. sad.gif

but my buyer said everything else is in place so she does not want to take further action for claim etc.. Said that it will result in unnecessary stress..

Nevertheless, I would like to take the opportunity to thank everyone else for your advice.. It has been very helpful!! thumbup.gif

Thanks a lot!! notworthy.gif notworthy.gif notworthy.gif

I think you better call them fast.. I am worried aoubt the 'Item collected from the counter' status.. It seem to indicate that the item has already been collected..

Better call fast.. Good luck!!

Recently, I notice they do not update the tracking number that quickly..

In the last month, I need my customers to tell me that they have received item but it is not even update online.. Why don't you see if you receive the item tomorrow rather than scaring yourself by checking constantly tonight.. ^o^

Just a suggestion!! =D

I experienced the same problem last time for one of my deliveries and found out that the reason they did not deliver the item to its recipient was because they have damaged my box and need the recipient to go to the collection centre to open the box on the spot to check for damage..

Problem was they did not even bother to tell her to inform her to go to the collection centre. The status was always at 'Unable to deliver'. It might be a good idea to call them and ask them to give you the number of the collection centre itself to find the actual status of the item.

you guys try before when you send your parcel to your customer..they didnt get it and the parcel already delivery?the address is the correct address?anyone try before this case?
*
I have experience whereby after I have received my expected parcel, I was asked to go to the collection centre again to collect another parcel which I was not expecting. As it turns out, when I received my original parcel, the delivery slip was missing from my parcel. Instead, the slip was attached onto another parcel (belongs to another name) which I was asked to collect.

The postman as just referring to the delivery slip and was not even aware that the parcel has another person's name.

I hope this is not the case for you and wish you good luck in finding your parcel!! smile.gif

Note: In case there are people who is curious of what happen to the parcel, i am a good samaritian. I returned the parcel!! hahaha!! flex.gif

i already ask her.she keep say no no.dunno who the guy that sign the parcel.i provide all the right information already.the buyer tone is was like i am the one who need to take the full responsibility.so what is u guys comment about my cases?if really cant take back the parcel.did i need to refund or wait pos laju pay back?
*
Try to write an official email to PosMalaysia and Cc your customer in the email. Sometimes, when my parcel goes missing momentarily, I always Cc my customers in the email so that they are assured that I am not cheating them.

You can also call the customer service for faster response but remember to get the name of each person you have talked to. After each call, better write an email to PosMalaysia and said things like referring to my conversation with who and who regarding the what what matter, I hope to receive your response soon. Remember to cc your customer in as well.

Continue to bug PosLaju people and ask them to track who took your parcel!!

Good luck!!

Added on November 16, 2011, 11:35 amthings getting complicated now.the customer called me and say.the person who take her parcel is a uncle.but then the uncle had give the parcel to an unknow malay.the uncle tot the malay guy is my customer worker.haizzzzzz....uncle uncle uncle
*
Hmm... Then, the problem is not yours anymore. The fault on both PosMalaysia and the uncle, for simply giving the parcel to unidentified people. Let the customer deal with the uncle him/herself.
