Keep Your Area Poslaju Branch Office No.

Any Enquiry / Check, Direct Call The Branch. Don't Call Customer Service Center. Waste Your Time Only. Line Busy, No Ppl Answer Call.
Bad Exprience.

I Call My Area Branch. Easy, Convenience & Efficient smile.gif

if it is in original packaging and extra padded, should be ok. But, don't know if poslaju accept laptop. Maybe you can call other reliable courier service to ask if they willing to send laptop.

Hehehe.. Actually I am the seller.. blush.gif

But they found my item.. Apparently, there was some problem with my parcel (one of my toner have leaked out from the parcel) and thus they decided not to deliver the item.. But without informing both me and my buyer.. shakehead.gif

I have wrapped the item with the 'This Way Up' sign on all four sides of the box but apparently they tilted my box and thus resulting in the spillage.. sad.gif

but my buyer said everything else is in place so she does not want to take further action for claim etc.. Said that it will result in unnecessary stress..

Nevertheless, I would like to take the opportunity to thank everyone else for your advice.. It has been very helpful!! thumbup.gif

Thanks a lot!! notworthy.gif notworthy.gif notworthy.gif

Poslaju has been handling stuff very roughly. Last time I went to a Poslaju Center, since I need to pick up the parcel there. (they came to my house, but there was no one at my home sweat.gif )
Went to the back of the office, where they group and distribute the parcels and documents by it's location.

Wah, know what? They throw the parcels, playing throw and catch. In front of me shocking.gif
No wonder barang senang kemik, rosak..

sadly, poslaju sometimes didn't honor that "FRAGILE" sticker, they treat all the parcel the same.

Normally I go to the Bangsar branch to ship out my parcels, they are really friendly and smart.
When they know I am posting some skincare products, they even asked whether I need a fragile sticker, and when I was still thinking, they already helped me to paste the sticker saying that it's safer. LOL!!!
With sticker is to remind the courier, but do they really care about the sticker, then we really don't know. doh.gif

mad.gif In my opinion the service/handling depends on the poslaju despatcher man.... In my case in Bandar UDA, JB, previously ~ last year the service was excellent... on time..no late what so ever... and the despatch man also nice and friendly. but since past 2~3 months this year... strange thing happen, there is no honking of poslaju van nor there is knock on my door...all of a sudden, i found a poslaju slip in the postbox....
it is almost impossible for us to miss the honking or the knock on the door... we're almost at home 24/7...
i made a complaint to poslaju (as it has been 3x of my poslaju parcels with only the notices for me to pick up my parcels at the poslaju office) and found out that the guy in-charged for my area is new...
Since then (after complaint) I received my parcel at home... the guy is so stuck-up.... I hate him...
Luckily I know the director of the Post... 1 more time of parcel notice than I will report directly to the director... I am monitoring this POSLAJU guy...

They Will Pass To Your Housemate / Family. If There Is No Any Ppl There, Mostly They Will Leave A " Sorry Note " , You Can Self Collect At Their Office Or Call Them For Request Next Day Delivery.

Yeah, the person on behalf of you, need to bring along your authorization letter declaring your full name, I/C no., the person's full name, I/C no. signatures, etc.
If they sent back to the delivery counter near your housing area, then you can collect it yourself when you're back home. Or I think it is possible to ask them to send to you again when you're at home. tongue.gif

hmm...if not mistaken, on the notice stated 14days. For example, they attempted delivery on 25/7. But addressee is not available. Then on the notice stated you are allow to collect it started on 28/7 (few days later only can be collected as they need to return to your nearby delivery counter).

The timeframe is about 14days. If there's no one to claim it after 14 days, then item will be returned to the sender if not mistaken. But it's always better to call them and inform them your current situation, so that they can arrange to hold the parcel for you.
I believe everything can be arranged since you are the recipient. tongue.gif
