Is there problem with internet in Sabah~
Freaking Slow!!

Most place streamyx IS SLOW...including Putrajaya. What the heck are the streamyx guys doing?! =_=

at least u guys have an internet connection at home, i don't even have a landline at my hometown for god sake.... been asking TM to instal it for years but nothing had been done. to make it worse, the signal for the mobile service is so poor and most of the time doesn't even have a signal.... this so freaking sad for a country that claimed to be a "well develope" country.... FYI my hometown is in Kelantan, 15 minutes away from the nearest town of Pasir Mas....

Tmnut.. I cant on9 for few days for no reason.. the damned Tm hotline telling me bullshit "we r having nation wide internet interruption".. WTF !! except my house all my fren can on9..

My connection is not only slo-o-o-wwww, I also keep getting disconnected every few minutes. And in the TMnet maintenance thread, they have been "upgrading" continuously for at least 2.5 months (I didn't check further back than April). No surprise if tomorrow, we get a service interruption announcement from "June 16th to 30th". So sick and tired of this.

Anyone tried connecting to megaupload lately ? I cannot even login www.megapload.com

Nothing? They don't need to do anything because they have the monopoly of cable internet. U tak suka? X payah guna lah. Thats how they save up on infrastructure upgrades and keep on getting more and more customer base. The CEO and directors kaya raya.

Only penang is special case have fiber optic cables provided by Penang Fon.

i have the problem right now my huse got 2 unifi my other housemate was no dc issue but mine drop line no connected

i have the problem right now my Celcom Berukband no dc issue but very slow every night..grrrrrr

ughh i'm starting to get this problem too, even my iptv will hang at the same time. I cant play arma2 anymore which really pisses me off. even my strymx last time was more stable than this.

now my unifail vip 20 using premium download n idm
to download a 700+mb file
i need more than 9 farkin hours

that's not the unifi issue, it's low bandwidth allocated by the server hosting the file your downloading.

a free download usually gives only ~150kbps or lower depending on their settings/load and distance. Unless ur a premium user they will increase your download speed.

heck, even steam or game that i bought online only gimme like ~150kbps too.

but if i use torrent, 1.5-2mb easily depending on the seeder.

its complete in about 2 minutes

u can always do a speedtest to test your current internet speed, that's the 1st thing i do whenever i want to confirm it.

if it drops below 70% of ur current package then ur liable to complain to them, but i dont think so with their call center is undersized u cant even get a call through them XD

my dsl signal flip-flopping for 3 weeks already. and need to switch off more than 20 times to get the signal. and yet no data coming thru... need to redo again and again... sigh.....is it the modem or is it the lines? here is semenyih. what about u guys? same problem?
