unifi sucks. down for 2 weeks in total this month. first modem problem, then router problem, now modem problem again. burnt apparently. which so cheapskate one?

connection to SG is fked up recently. I don't know if someone has lodged a report about this.

Metrofon oh area down since 4pm. Call tech support but no one pick up. Anyone face same issue here? Using my data plan to online now

High latency here in Kelana Jaya, 1000+ ms to any server local or international. WTF is going on?!

lol, kthx. Yep the crazy 1000+ms is kinda randomly during nighttime to morning time (7PM-6AM). I think its due to the "upgrade" they're doing although which they say its specific to some location but as usual whole Malaysia got affected.

Streamyx still having major lags. Even pinging to their own dns is averaging 495ms.

Pinging opendns gets me 532ms. What in the world are they doing.

Unifi is disconnecting itself without rhyme or reason. Anytime it feels like it both VOIP and net will be disconnected. This is the log

Called the Unifi helpline but great "help" they are. Is this a hardware problem or is it server-side or device conflict or what?!

I am also having the same problem, and already 6 days!!!
And Unifi down mostly at night, which is the time I am free to surf net.
CS really didn't help much, just keep on sending technician to my house change the device!!! Even the technician came to me house also dunno what is exactly happened, they also dunno how to fix!!!

I ask them whether is their side got problem, they told me no. I am so so frustrated!!! Almost 1 week!!!

From day 1 Unify Biz10 package install the BTU device's LINK and AUTH LED OFF means link down after 2 hours usage. Customers service is absolutely worst of any kind for a service industry corporation. Call CS, they claim my ID was incompletely created but why send vendors to lay the cable and setup the BTU and Router and claim 24 hours response time.

One (1) day later, link still down and call CS, over several minutes of conversation they put me on hold for 20min because they need to consult with other department. Then they can back to tell me how they screw up internally and request for another 24hr but issue me a new job number as the previous job ticket number was cancelled.

Hell! they closed job ticket number without requesting customer consent such a moron for customer service personnel.

my place somewhere remote near in selangor , i can get 2g and sometimes 3g, but even i get 3g or 2g the strength bar still zero, even in 2g. and here i thought 2g having the largest coverage. and yeah it celcom broadband
