Unifi is disconnecting itself without rhyme or reason. Anytime it feels like it both VOIP and net will be disconnected. This is the log
Called the Unifi helpline but great "help" they are. Is this a hardware problem or is it server-side or device conflict or what?!

ughh i'm starting to get this problem too, even my iptv will hang at the same time. I cant play arma2 anymore which really pisses me off. even my strymx last time was more stable than this.

now my unifail vip 20 using premium download n idm
to download a 700+mb file
i need more than 9 farkin hours
thanks malaysia

that's not the unifi issue, it's low bandwidth allocated by the server hosting the file your downloading.

a free download usually gives only ~150kbps or lower depending on their settings/load and distance. Unless ur a premium user they will increase your download speed.

heck, even steam or game that i bought online only gimme like ~150kbps too.

but if i use torrent, 1.5-2mb easily depending on the seeder.

u can always do a speedtest to test your current internet speed, that's the 1st thing i do whenever i want to confirm it.

if it drops below 70% of ur current package then ur liable to complain to them, but i dont think so with their call center is undersized u cant even get a call through them XD

my dsl signal flip-flopping for 3 weeks already. and need to switch off more than 20 times to get the signal. and yet no data coming thru... need to redo again and again... sigh.....is it the modem or is it the lines? here is semenyih. what about u guys? same problem?

just call 100 and lodge your complaint, they are usually pretty responsive since they have a system to monitor vendor/contractor performance n such.

If you are still unsatisfied with them, just make an online complaint to MCMC or kementerian komunikasi. That will usually increase their response time by 10X lol

But for celcom n maxis, they will just lie to you with some stupid reason like upgrading n stuffs. Been lying to me for 1 year saying going/still upgrading when i'm using celcom broadband last time n secretly close your complaint.

Within 1 year my Dl speed dropped from 700-800kbps to 150-70kbps for 3.6mb package. To me telekom is better but you need to do a proper report and if their staffs still main2 MCMC n kementerian tenaga will help you to follow up. Last time i did it, it took 2 weeks but then a better technical team contact me and resolves the issue pretty fast. Not those that keep saying turn off and on your device for the 20th time.

I used wireless broadband (Celcom) and was happy with the torrent speed, but 5GB isn't enough for a week sad.gif

I changed to streamyx now.

torrent runs at 10kb/s sad.gif

If you have any problem with the internet service and not getting any good feedback from your provider, please make a complaint here http://kpkk.bpa.jpm.my/eApps/system/index.do

make sure you get profs like speedtest screenshot and attach or email it to them.

Also make a complaint to MCMC.

If you have a good record of the speedtest done every month you can also go to http://www.fomca.org.my/ and sue their ass for refunds.

I saw in paper last time a user manage to get the whole 12 year subscription refunded to him because he's not getting the speed like what it's promised in the contract or advertisement.

ok i found a new way for u guys to complain online to TM, use this.

http://twitter.com/#!/tmconnects

But plz chat politely because the guy at the end is just a salaryman making his ends meet just like you are. If you want to rage and rant while waving a torch and pitchfork i suggest you do that in front of the house of TM CEO.
