Guys I want to know for Klang Valley region, what IP should we get? 60/65.xxx.xxx.xxx? I am like getting 175/119.xxx.xxx.xxx IP.... any relation of the IP with the slow upload speed which I am encountering ar?

Whoaaa! Today my speed drop greatly. Hard to open any page even LYN. Had to refresh many times. My blog? Hah! Not at all. Anyone facing this problem? My location is Bukit MErtajam.

all North and East internet was slow like snail....my friend jsut call tmnet and its comfirm got problem with line....

im at bentong pahang right now...at 1am last night..my line disconnected..i thought.just minor hick up..but till this morning..still dont have internet line..so i call tm..and they answer..got service distruption cause they doing something..and till now still dont have i

Maxis Fiber Optic Internet claims they provide at least 6Mbps speed, but look at this today, I just installed it yesterday, speed was satisfactory, now a whole different story. Ripped-off.....

Now, I'm gonna bombard the customer service hotline.....

the DSL light is on, but i can't get any WAN ip ...
check the phone got some weird tone and cannot call out also...

currently using uMobile to online...

Your exchange port is down maybe. Normally happen after lightning or raining. Some area their port need to be repair by technician Or worst you miss the billing date or pay late.

Xtually, i was connected to the net since yesterday evening, and i let my pc on till this morning cuz got too many thing to download but then around 8.30am, when i already at my workplace, a streamyx technician called me coz he wanna check my line whether i can upgrade to 4mb package. I applied for that package last saturday at TMpoint Ampang, currently using 1Mb package. So i went back to my house around 9.45am and waiting for this technician. At that time my pc still downloading stuff. He came at about 10am, checking my connection and then he disconnected the line. After that and till 11.30 am, i still cannot connect my streamyx lorrr... The fella said he cannot do anything and will come back to check my line on later time or maybe on other day. Hopefully, by the time i came back from work later today, the connection issue has been solved.
