This is to facilitate the ongoing cacat-ed network performance and service quality and maybe we can even make the whole thing worse in the process by cutting down on workers during this financial crisis and still make money off you.

The migration will allow TM to provide a more useless service proposition to support a large ecosystem of applications which we dont farking give a damn about. And although we have the means to increase capacity but we're would rather not because we want the money for ourselves. The logic is simple really. Give low shitty quality performance at dirt cheap cost and charge you farktards like hell. High revenue, low cost.. Ain't it good?

The infrastructure migration will take place in two stages on the following dates and time-periods:

*this times are a bluff. You will experience downtime during those mentioned dates/times. After that you will experience the after-effects such as slow connection speed, Blinking DSL lights, frequent disconnections, among other problems. Believe me DNS error is just one of it

I had no water, no electricity and when I went out to the cafe go online with my laptop,yesterday, to escape the electricity downtime, And to my horror, the net was down as well

there was this college kid..
he wanted to change his phone line to his name
reason being his dad passed away..
so to make it easier for billing everything under his name so it wont pose a problem in the future
(i overheard cuz im a busybody)

and yet the receptionist was telling him to do it the hard way
has to cancel, get so and so signature, get this get tht
wait 2 weeks (which probably ends up 4 weeks)
only can change...

i mean give the boy a damn break..
his dad passed away man..
can make life a little easier for him?

you guys consider yourself lucky..

my line went down from 3pm today...

switched off modem and laptop and went to study
hopefully my line restored

4-5 still no internet access..

bengang and went for nap..

woke up ard 6.30 and line finally restored..
f-ed up TM..

i called them and cant make report due to technical difficulties.

i cant stream youtube.. i cant load pics on 1mbps line..

jsut called tmnet..

lucky for them a very nice lady answered..
else i'd be blowing my top... i promised to give them till mon (damn its all cuz she was so helpful and nice)

how the hell am i going to survive till monday on this kinda shit line?

ive been at 200kbps since idk when.. cuz i was working..
i didnt give much thought to it until very recently when i started to get very frustrated..

those assholes think they can cheat me while im working and not monitoring my line eh?

im glad i made a report with TMNUT..


i finally got back my normal speed.. you guys should call 100 and lodge complain...

btw credit has to be given where due..

they did call me up every other day to confirm if my line was okay..
and they were pretty efficient about it

despite the fact there were times i felt like telling them there is no point calling me unless you fix it first...

but in the end they did..
and they admitted to their mistake of screwing up my port..

im a happy man now =D
