Hey guys, need some advice.

I have debt with TM more than 1k cause some misunderstanding of using line instead of package deals and now they sent me the red letter saying that they will "ambil tindakan lebih tegas, termasuk tindakan undang-undang" and I'm a student, who the hell I'm gonna pay them and solve this matter. Please, some advice would be appreciated.

then within 5 mins time, he finished uploading 200mb+ photos and asked me to view it... i said I'm downloading... after 10 mins he ask me ' have you view them? is it ok for your project?' then i replied, 40 mins left to finish download... then he ask:'how come so long? you downloading multiple item? stop them~' and I replied:'nope, I'm only downloading this photo'

He tell me:' weird, is your ISP under maintenance? how come so slow? whats your speed?'

I replied:' 1mb speed' and he asked:' why don't you upgrade it?' and I replied again:'my area doesn't support the speed which is more than 1mb' and he laugh and asked : 'aren't you living in the city?'

I replied:' Yes' and then he laugh~ again...

lol awesome..compare to japan that has the highest speed broadband in the world..

Using 4MB package.

The data lights on my router were OFF since 7.00pm Sunday last week.

Few minutes ago it's back to normal.
After I called the tech support again (the 3rd time)

Bad service.

Dunno if it works for you or not,cuz it works for me.

Try using ur house phone and dial a number, but make sure the other number doesnt picks it up, for example, your own phone...once the number gets through. Put the phone down, I'm sure your DSL light won't start to blink and stabilize.

I'm facing this most of the time, DSL starts to blink, no matter how many times I turn it back on or off, the DSL still blinks.

i've been experiencing frequent dc for the last 1 week. anyone face the similar case in kepong area?

when i ping, ping time reach 2000++ ms and then request time out.

TMnet should really eat shit (and so should AVG) .

1) Got disconnected at 5pm yesterday . Could not connect at all.

2) Called TM net @ 10pm or so . "There is no problem at our site" . Requested that he reset port.

3) Still not working.

4) Morning wake up . AVG detects some supposed virus running on my PC. I remove it using AVG .

5) System does not boot up anymore . <- at this point i was pissed off (never installing AVG again)

6) Using iphone's internet found out that AVG deleted some boot up manager shit . Windows repair did nill.

7) Reformatted and reinstalled windows 7 since the shitty repair function did not want to work . BYE BYE TO 300GB OF STUFF FFS

8) Called tmnet today . At least the guy today was decent and didn't have trouble pronouncing numbers correctly ==. Usual blabla trouble shooting steps . All phailed . Request that he reset port .

9) ...it works now


Moral of the story : 99% of the time , it is TMnet's fault that your internet is unable to connect. PS: AVG sucks

Yes, I'm in kepong area and i also expericing frequent dc and slow intetnet + high ping~ start from 12pm till 11pm~ mine is 2 weeks already... called TM, logged a report and still haven't solve yet... if do connected, connection can't stay more than 15mins~

my package is 1mb though, before that the speed is download 83mb/s, but dunno why recently .... >.<
