i've been experiencing frequent dc for the last 1 week. anyone face the similar case in kepong area?

when i ping, ping time reach 2000++ ms and then request time out.

god damn it, i was about to buy a new modem, luckily i checked here first. The line is unusable at all.
really crap, what else can we do??? its already more than 2 weeks.


anyone else stay in kepong having the same problem?? really have to shout at them on the phone this time.

may i know how do u guys complaint? i used the email provided in their website but seems like its not working after sending 2 emails without any replies. do you guys usually call? if yes what is the number thanks. i have to screw them up nicely.
