I still can't connect to the Internet at home. Same error, same circumstances, same excuses from streamyx. It's been more than a week (or "eight days and nineteen hours", as the customer service officer so happily told me over the phone just now), and still no solution in sight. WTFFFF. *facepalms*

I've been seeing TM Vans in several locations in PJ and TTDI. What are they up to?

Interesting speed... but getting disconnected from Windows live messenger every 20 minutes, contacts load extremely slow ( and some contacts just refuse to load at all ). Logging in to windows live messenger also takes a long time. Getting rather frustrating.

and everything else is just about meh speed... i mean, im not asking for 5 ping when i play a LOCAL Counter strike server... but im getting like minimum 50 ping ( max can go around 300... even in local ) on all local/singaporean servers... which is just CRAP.

Any ideas why ?

I am ... since 2-3 days ago. My housemate's (separate line) streamyx is still down.

Sigh...have not been able to youtube for days now...called TMCRAP and they said, video streaming is not supported + they dont support International traffic...super crap

Dont just call 100 when you have extremely slow speeds.
TMNET has just assigned you a crappy port. If you call 100, they will just reset it for you. Wont do you any good at all

Go to http://www.complaint.cfm.org.my/ fill up the form and they ll respond MANDATORY 3 days.

Oh be specific as well in your complain

a. Go to http://219.93.175.234/
b. Do a speed test
c. Capture screen and attach
d. Be specific on the time of your test
e. Do 3 to be certain

It worked for me...dont call 100 anymore. Just lodge an official complain

I guess you already know my details.. and here are my problems.

1) Disconnections at 12midnight, every single day.
-My streamyx line for the past 2-3 weeks(or probably more than that), right bang on time at 12 midnight, it will disconnect by itself.. and reconnect a few seconds after that. Why is that?

I have two modems, and both have the same problems. It's really troublesome since I usually play online games during those time and it really spoil the experience and usually I play it on specific servers where usually it's full of people so getting back in can get quite troublesome.

Please stop whateverstuffyouguysinstalled from disconnecting me for no reason at all every single day at the same time.

2) Youtube, snail speed. 56k days are back and you advertised streamyx as something that would download music in minutes.. please.

-I tried to be patient, and think of it as a phase where TM, whatever problems you have, right now, would only throttle it for a while. And once that's fix(AAG implementation?), things will be back to normal. But it's been going on for a month or two and frankly it's annoying.

A video less than a minute would take more than 10mins to load fully? Please. What age are we living in. 56k dialup all over again? Who the hell came up with the brilliant idea of throttling youtube at 20kB/s.. watching paint dry would be more exciting.

I thought with that AAG thing, things would be better? But instead it got worse since you announce that that new link is online.. or something along those lines sometime in November. Let's hope HSBB won't suffer the same fate. Mighty speed, but can't use it's full capabilities.. because TM can't handle the load. If with only 1mb/2mb/4mb you're struggling to provide quality service, I just can't see how you guys will handle those 10mb and beyond packages offered to your customers.

I see lots of throttling ahead for all sources not just P2P(hey, you guys already throttled youtube, rapidshare.. and god knows what else).. which would be a shame. It's like putting a race car in a racing circuit, and putting up a kampung speed limit sign at every stretch of the track. Sadly, your competitors doesn't fare that much better. The price Malaysians pay to be Malaysians. Sigh..

Malaysia wait for it.. 'weak' boleh.

My boss went to TM point YESTERDAY and wanted to file a complaint(about his line, DSL no light).
There he saw a LOYAL CUSTOMER shouting at the counter.

"I upgraded my line to 4mb line last month and can't connect since then. I called, I email & filed reports.
Now I come here and see you doing the same thing??!! Filing reports doesn't make any chances at all,
I want to talk to your supervisor!"
"My supervisor went out"
"What? Supervisor went out during office hours? Why? yum char a? ?!? "

This morning my boss told me that the TMnut technician will be coming today which will pretty much 'aeroplane'. And it does.

Anyone sharing an internet connection and playing games, and the second player having lag? One player will have 60 ping, and then the other will have 160. Any ideas?

SHITMYX with the usual shit but now its even more full of shit, which now includes bullshit and cow dung.

Speed slow like hell. When I'm playing Granado Espada (Server located in Singapore), I get 5 seconds delay Load websites and forums also very very very very very.....SLOW. No use calling in anyway, still gimme those bullshyts "It'll take 2 working days" and yet still the same speed =/ Tired of complaining. Yell + Shout = Useless

As usual, complain to thier customer service is like talking to AI (artificial idiots).
