So after few months of living elsewhere because I am studying, I back to my old house and realize the speed is f***ing slow. I check and check, and realize they turned my 1mb package to 512 kb package, just what the flying f*** are they doing nowadays...so free go change people package. Oh, I am still paying the 1mb package btw.

STREAMYX U SUCKS!!!

I am a repeating customer of Streamyx and I just moved in to another apartment. I get the DSL light blinking problem again. Called 100, ask me to ping 127.0.0.1 and get whether packet receive or not. **** retard. I dont see a point in doing that. Somemore ask me to get my network card brand and modem brand.

Can't they just admit that DSL light blinking is something wrong with their side at the back end and do something about it instead of trying to push to front end.

Ironically the 2nd time i called to speak to another operator, I can still hear at the background that pathetic operator repeating the same question and directing another customer.

Hahaha... true... under normal circumstances, 127.0.0.1 since it is a loopback connection, it will be always ping-able.

You need High EQ or Low IQ to call TM...

I am getting low upload speed for my 1Mbps Streamyx Home package.

When I perform a upload speed test using speedometer...I am getting 1506kbps download speed and only 11kbps upload speed. This is damn weird. No wonder I can't upload photos to my Facebook and always hard to attach file to email.

Anyone know what happened?

I am currently using Belkin router.

How can I solve that? blush.gif cry.gif
