Hello peeps, wanna share some story

My boss went to TM point YESTERDAY and wanted to file a complaint(about his line, DSL no light).
There he saw a LOYAL CUSTOMER shouting at the counter.

"I upgraded my line to 4mb line last month and can't connect since then. I called, I email & filed reports.
Now I come here and see you doing the same thing??!! Filing reports doesn't make any chances at all,
I want to talk to your supervisor!"
"My supervisor went out"
"What? Supervisor went out during office hours? Why? yum char a? ?!? "

This morning my boss told me that the TMnut technician will be coming today which will pretty much 'aeroplane'. And it does.
