checked wif the mechanic, they said improper pipe installation.
where when perodua assemble my car parts, they connected wrongly and cause gas leaking
really omfg.....
lucky that compressor and the pipe still ok
the brilliant parts is tat, yest when i sent to perodua they said its not there problem, and asked me go to Sanden to check.
after they re-install the pipe n do all the checking, the air con is fine now...

Yikes, gas leaking

i felt something wrong wif my car after the air con service. so i went to service center and check. they said its manufacturer's defects. need wait til parts release by perodua.

Actually when i got my new Viva car, the back two speaker something wrong. Sent to my local third party service, said manufacture's problem. That time i'm still under warranty. Was told to go Rawang factory. And i, !!!

Go all the way to Rawang just to get free new speakers. I don't want. And i have two options. Buy new whole music and speaker system Pioneer brand or cut the back speakers.

Conclusion: Cut the back speakers. So only those sit in front can hear the music.

Sigh

i met an accident. i banged into a taxi. it's totally my fault and i asked him not to make a report and i will pay for every single damage and i did. thank god. such a gentleman he is. i forgot to ask for his name. but he's a nice chinese chap. ok nvm..

what i wana ask is..how much is a brand new pair for viva elite front headlamp?

and say if my car is damaged until the radiator there bengkok a bit. after all the repair at 'body shop', will the car stability remains the same? the engine compartment seems OK. everything is OK.

again, im sorry to that taxi driver. it's totally my fault.

and also my car is just 3 months old.. when do hard break got 'crug crug' sound at the front. they checked and said drive shaft KO already.. wth? so new car so many problems..
i also hav it. they said its manufacturer's defect. 10 viva s, 9 viva s hav this kind of prob. but i am not sure about it
i do complaint it whenever i go to service my car but its nvr fix. i stil heard tat noise tho.

another problem is the rear passenger door. whenever i open the door, the rubber of the door stick to the car. so makes it very hard to open, as if the car is 'vacuum' inside...
this one i exp b4. but now ok already

i went
1. Seapark service center <- super duper many ppl, n everytime i called n made appointment, end up my car is not in appointment list. so i dont go there anymore. mayb its good? thats y alot of ppl goin there?
2. Taman bahagia service center <- complain wif them that i heard noise from the driver seat's safety belt panel, they smart smart say the noise comes from the passenger seat. my fren said its "black shop", but i am not so sure. since they open on saturday for complaints and service, i went there yest to check on the break n accelerator noise, they said its manufacturer's defect and perodua is finding ways to eliminate it. i salute. so i need to wait til don knw when only can get the parts
3. Sunway Damansara service center <- a newly open service center, no need wait for long queue n etc. erm. i think they r fine? just tat i complaint with them about my air con b4, n they din find out why. a bit disappointed. mayb u can try out?

erm. the service center tat i went is around pj, not sure if u r ok wif it or not. i heard that glenmarie's branch not yet also. but if u wan to repair or complain hav to do it on weekdays, while weekend only for service.

thanks for the reply, i just drop my car for service again. they called me up and told me the drive shaft arrive d. so now fixing for me. i told them my problems again, hope fully can be fixed haha. also warn them to park my car properly.. dowan everytime service kena scratches.

by the way, anyone installed the carbon air filter for the aircond in viva? i saw 1 selling in lowyat for Rm40
i installed one in myvi and felt that the air coming out from the aircond is much lesser compared to before adding the filter..

yeap its an add on. btw, my car is back to normal now. drive shaft problem is gone. identified the source of the rear boot 'tick tick' sound. its actually the door absorber..

now car facing another new problem.. driver seat belt slot making noise when i move it. gotta troubleshoot it haha

my sister's viva have the same exact sound. 4 months old viva here.Is this serious?Do I need to get them to check?

yes u shld. my car also about 3-4 months got that sound when break hard.
better get the drive shaft changed before warranty voids!

hi all , i just get my new viva 850 at last wed ^^ (31/3/2010)

i register my car at kl , it come with car plate WTS....
which is means my car is 7days old
7 days i did 5xxkm ald , i did fuel petrol 3 times which is....

RM25 when i get the car , RM30 after 2xxKM , full tank of RM48 at 4xx KM......so far my car now is 52XKM with 6 bar petrol left >< omg...i duno how 2 calculate it ><

hmmm.....the car so far so good , but the air cond is damn lousy ......open till the max lv4 stil not cold enough and the passenger sit at back oso cant feel the air cond.

I plan to get Viva Elite next month while still under promotion+discount , just want to know is the handling better than kancil? Because if it does, it's ok for me but if otherwise, may take a Myvi instead(Don't like Myvi though, SE version is cool but more pricey, sigh).

Have recently changed my brake disc - bigger caliper, slightly bigger than myvi ones and disc platter is ventilated cross drilled 10 inch instead of the stock 8 inch

seriously better stopping power ...
