i just noticed this, my service sticker syas i need to service it at 25k km ...

which is wrong rite, which should be 30k

service duration is 1k, 5k, 10k and then 20k major service and 20k then 40k major service again rite ...

those who has driven their car for some time please enlighten me ...

yeah, auto oil i knew it .

but another question is the gasket .

we had argued this b4 . the 1k , 5 k , 10k , it means every interval.

your sticker is 25 k , means last time u service ur car at 15k mil, next services is 15k + 10 k = 25 k .

this is what i think it is.

by the way, mine service at 29 , cos last time i services at 19 k.

now mine is 28 k , still got 1 k before services, but i notice that the date(29 May 2009) given to services already past (i should services before June). Is this will cause my warranty void  ?

yup. full tank is 36 liters as the spec stated.

im 1.0 auto user, my fc roughly is 16.6 ~ 18.6km/liter.

bcoz normal i will pump after i run half tank so i don know one full tank can run how much?

normal half tank RM30+-(RM1.8/liter) run 280~300km

Anyway, besides, talking about the aesthetic of Viva and the version and model and what not.

What about the technical parts? Maintanence? Etc?

I've been into my Viva for months, and notice quite a few things and manage to learn it.

Anyway, lets start first as what is your preferred engine oil for your Viva and notice any difference when using it? Currently, I'm using a 1.0 Auto and Castrol Magnatec 10-40W for my engine oil which is so much better, comparing to the previous Mineral shit that Perodua gave made by Petronas.

Difference?

CASTROL MAGNATEC 10-40W:

- Recommended change interval is 5K-8K. Or, within 8 months.

Smoother engine performance and less noise. Don't notice any fuel consumption difference overall, gives you more confidence when it comes to high revving your engine on highways or when overtaking. Even quiter when it is stationary. Doesn't give out that loud noise.

PETRONAS PERODUA (Don't know what line):

- Recommended 5K. Or withing 8 months.

Rough noise to the engine, sounds like a god damn proton. Just feel that my engine has to give more effort when accelerating and rough feel to it when it revs.

My mileage is still below 30K, so about gear box oil. Still waiting for its time to be change. Guys and girls, when it comes to car, its not always about aftermarket hardwares. Its what making it running better.

air filter is a must bro.... RM 7x one from perodua....
about smell from outside... i think is normal because i smell durian smell from outside as well... must be the hole under the deskboard... need remove deskboard to seal it well i think.. just small matter for me... cheap car sell expensive to malaysian... what to do.

have u done ur 1k service? ... normall to accurately/precisely calculate ur car's FC .. u need to get pass ur 2nd service (which is the 5 service) ... before it ur engine is not running at its optimal level ... so have some patience, drive safely don speed so much till u pass ur 5k service ... give ur engine time to apply all the lubricants to its essential parts ... 
vivi originally came with an air cond filter (mostly all new car does) ...  having some outside smell is normal, but check see if u have closed ur air cond vents (there is a leaver that can close one [a sign that shows "an arrow around the car cabin"] ... maybe u have accidentally turn the other way then outside air will come in easily ...
no need worry la .. this one is normal ... haha ... thats not the problem, check ur air cond filters ... as far as i know, its located at the glove compartment, i think .. hahaha
