hahahaha.. no problem leh..
anyway, back to our topic, selling RVP is a no-no for me. for me, RVP is arsenal even thru all his injuries. AW has been very patience with him and to tell u the truth, i think he'll have a breakout season next year. |

yeah, i agree on the no selling robin thing. i mentioned that he acted like a leader in cesc's absence and scored well, assisted well. he did well last season, could do better, but tried to do better after being injured so much since he arrived. arsene should let him stay on. heck, i think arsene is not even thinking about letting him go, let alone to mu!

1. Get a sugar daddy
2. Change manager 3. Buy SUPERSTARS ! What's next? Change Arsenal FC to Casa FC? Football is not FM2009. It's not a toy. Football is not something so inferior like that. The history, the tradition, the passion, the identity, the fans, the board and everything else should be placed in a very high priority too. Lastly, why wanting Arsenal FC to change so much (refer to point 1-3) in order to suit what you want? This post has been edited by kimhoong: Jun 19 2009, 02:51 AM |

QUOTE(Casanova88 @ Jun 18 2009, 11:09 PM) I personally find it very risky and uncomfortable to have sugar daddies like the Glazers, Hicks & Gillett or even Abramovich. The first two put their clubs in debt, even to the extent of charging their own expenses to the club. While Abramovich is kind enough to fund it with interest-free loans, you never know when he might up and leave. Potential buyers will not want to take up the debt incurred by him and if he doesn't find a buyer, would he still be intereted to fund the club? And I was just thinking the other day, what would happen if lets say he crashed his yatch or private jet? (of course I hope that doesnt happen la... I'm not so evil).QUOTE(Casanova88 @ Jun 18 2009, 11:21 PM) For the time being, I still believe AW is still the man to lead the club. But when the time comes for him to be replaced.... well... I used to hope it would be Tony Adams but he's getting a bit... loopy...Probably Martin Keown can make the step up. I don't know if Bergkamp is manager material, but definitely would make a great coach. It would be great if the backroom staff had Winterburn, Dixon, Bould, Adams, Alan Smith and Vieira though |

QUOTE(kaka91 @ Jun 19 2009, 09:50 AM) lol, should bergy become our manager, i am pretty sure the players will strap him into the plane seat and gag and blindfold him. no problems about no flying then I think you might be a bit too young, but its a bit like BA Barracus (played by Mr. T) from the TV show "The A Team". Go google it if you're curious |

i'm intrigued... how so? but lets not jinx the season before it even starts. i took a look at the fixtures and we are going to be behind most of the teams coz of the cl qualifiers. we have a packed season next season and esp jan-feb where we play villa, mu, chelsea and liverpool in quick succession while ANC is going on, and january seems to be the season for injuries. but thats the pessimist side, being optimistic, at least we finish playing mu, chelsea, liverpool and villa by february.

QUOTE(garagesell @ Jun 19 2009, 10:52 AM) 09/10 fixture list My nenek used to say "Jangan kira ayam sebelum telur menetas"...http://www.arsenal.com/news/news-archive/d...ue-fixture-list AFter i check the fixture, arsenal will be crown as champion next season. anyone disagree with me? ... Ok la she didn't say that, but it would have been good advice though. But seriously... The first few games looks tough with Everton, Man Utd and City among them. Winning all these would definitely give us the confidence to build on for the season. Failure in these matches... Well, we've seen last year how a bad start can affect us. As Kaka pointed out, there's two ways to look at the crunch time in Jan-Feb. Its crazy playing the other big teams in such a short space of time and I for one am very unhappy about it. Maybe we should get David Dein back with us and the FA to pull a few favours |
