hmm, every clubs has their own blacksheep fans
sometimes when u bump into some of them.....some may instantly make decisions blindly, judging things to fast....not knowing there are also good material fans out there.
Mu has some,we have some, liv has some and same goes for the other clubs..
they are definitely badass people....but they have their pro's as well, explained later  tongue.gif
im sure in every club thread, surely there are some post that make others unhappy....
ive seen some post that i really dislike and of course vice versa
so as for you....im sure some post here might make u and other MU fans uneasy...
even i myself at times felt that some Arsenal fans are behaving wrongly at times....
having said that, these badass people...is what makes the ball goes round... laugh.gif
without some of these blacksheep in each clubs....everything will be to peaceful
thats why we have intense fan's rivalry.....we love football  rclxm9.gif
but chill,im sure there are many MU fans there that knows how to think well and post rationally..

Good post, I understand about the minority bad apples in this forum, but I can see you're a good apple. Peace.

hello...unsporting in pitch. Not fans problem. Look at how scholes, CR7 and vidic tackles.

They've been aggresive players all this while, mate. We're a team from the English league and we don't play like wusses. I bet you wished you have the likes of Vieira, Keown, etc back in the Arsenal squad.

From wht i experience, kopities kena the most. Kesian. Manu fans keep on taunting Liv for not reaching the final like they. Strange, i tot the game was between Barca and Manu. Why Arsenal and Liv fans are the victims? lol. Mayb the reality is too hard to bite? Then grow some teeth babies.

Pool and United had more scores to settle. That's why the rivalry is more intense.
Arsenal topic got highlighted tonight because someone started the taunting here and got spotted by United's fan. wink.gif

the more they do this showed the reality is indeed hard to bite...

they can find almost everything to bash...but certainly not tonight's match which they played so well...for the first 9 mins.

believe in karma...learn to respect others.

As I much as I support freedom of speech and LYN R&R, I still find myself feeling disappointed with some FL members.

We cannot deny that LYN R&R have its loopholes and does not cover EVERYTHING - especially in FL because of the high emotion involvement. Harsh words, taunting, (sometimes) name-calling etc are still rampant in FL.

Although some of these are not set in the R&R, I always think that sport is all about RESPECT and DIGNITY. Whatever achievements you want to see in your team are all about these two reasons. I wonder why some fans just do not understand what is RESPECT is and what is DIGNITY is.

Everyone has his/her own way to support a team but for me, to be respected, you have to respect others first.

Oh btw, you do not get RESPECT by taunting, swearing, name-calling etc... these will only make things worse.

gosh... went to kayu to watch the match...the whole place was covered with devils fans... only a few barca fans and then got the neutrals like me...

i thought barca were lucky in the beginning cause valdes was a whole bundle of nervers, as were the rest of the back 4, especially in the initial stages. they were really fortunate to survive the first 9 minutes with the score 0 - 0. however, once they weathered the defensive storm, they showed what they could do with their attacking dearth. honestly, in terms of beautiful football, barca showed what it's all about: confidence (sometimes bordering on arrogant... heheh), precision passing, and absolutely lethal. arsenal would do well to take a few pages out of guardiola's book about how to make a very lethal attack compensate for a shaky back 4.

i dearly wanted henry to score because it would mean so much to him, but he missed the best chance when he was 1-on-1 with van der sar. speaking of VDS, i blame him for getting beaten at his near post for the first goal. the second goal was a total stunner, from one of the shortest players on the pitch no less.

i was talking to a united friend who was asking me what was the difference between united and barca (since barca seemed to be playing so well). i told him, the difference is: iniesta and messi. those two fellas really ran the show yesterday. and they also ran united ragged.

all in all, i felt the best team won, and i'm really happy for henry that he finally won his CL medal that is missing from his trophy cabinet. at the same time i feel so jealous because i so wish it was the arsenal team up there.... sigh...

Sad but true. In the future ppl will say Ars is once a great team and play beautiful football. But, the words will stop spreading when ppl getting older because lesser story are tolds. The memorable events will slowly fade away in time. Silverware however, will always remains and crafted in history.

Your post has pretty much covered the whole game as a NEUTRAL biggrin.gif

Personally, I think it's about:
a) A few of Barca players were on form (Iniesta, Messi, Puyol, Pique etc)
b) A few of MU players were off form (~ better not state tongue.gif )

From what I saw, both teams defended well with little openings for clear cut chance. Special credits to Barca for their makeshift defence.

On the offensive sides, MU lost their edges compared to Barca.

No doubt, the best team has won. I believe even MU fans agree so.

Back to Arsenal, we have the qualities and potential to play like Barca. We have the passing, the running but there are 3 parts that we do not have:
1) Dribbling
2) Defence
3) Finishing

I will only concentrate on the Defence part. From last game, I noticed that to have good defense, NOT ONLY physical and understanding are important, I found something more than that. It's ROLE MODEL ! During the game, Puyol was everywhere and throwing tackles and challenges to whoever in his sight! Looked scary to me! As you see, both CBs and LB were not first teamers but yet, they played well. What I can say is that Puyol lead the team by example. As simple as that!

It's painful we saw our team lost in semi. Even more at final. Winning all the way only to lose in final. Heart broken feeling, that is the 'beauty' of football.
