Downloading via megaupload, mediafire, rapidshare, hotfile and irc in full/acceptable speed (1mbps). Plus, youtube is smooth as well.

those who say had improve which are get the so called 'good' IP range like 60.50.xx.xx,60.49,51 ..........(depand your area)
