Bear in mind that these so called good ip has limitation too, like some can't surf china sites, some can't access japanese sites, some has terrible speed with euro sites... If you are the type of people that suft sites from all regions daily or hourly, basically, your patience will be tested regardless of what ip you can get.

You know what kind of pipeline is needed to achieve over 80mb/s?
Taking overhead in, you need like 800mbps, closing gigabit already, STM-4 also doesn't have these kind of speed...

I don't know what kind of upgrade those useless pricks have done, but access to china sites has been downright HORRENDOUS for the past one week. It used to be SLOW MOVING, but now it becomes NOT MOVING... without VPN, i can't access jacksh*t! !@#%%@#@

They are slow all the while, just that since a week ago, they become even slower, some to the point that it's impossible to load the whole page without refreshing 63452418 times or using VPN

Pathetic streamyx... performance is fluctuating everyday... suddenly china sites out, suddenly euro sites offline, suddenly international sites not working... can't even consistently slow.
