im on 60.48 range with 1mb package, currently my dl still is at 140KB/s to 160KB/s on utorrent. whistling.gif

yeah youtube buffering alot, even on songs with lyrics only...no graphic, max speed i get is 30kbps. 218.111.5. XXX here

Taking overhead in, you need like 800mbps, closing gigabit already, STM-4 also doesn't have these kind of speed... sweat.gif

I half take back that statement. Sometimes I get 160kb/s. Right now I'm getting 673b/s trying to download utorrent 1.9 beta (my torrent is friggin slow at 2kb/s. Must be throttling right?) and Fallout Script Extender 1.1.

These days keep getting 115 ip range, never got that range b4.
Usually get 60 ip range. I think TM blacklisted me or something sad.gif
While there is no problem in dl but I cannot stream very fast on youtube and niconico. sad.gif

my streamonyet is like "monkey" again today.

cant download from windows update and getting throttled when ftp, streaming or anything else useful.
btw im on 4MB line and 218.111.x.x ip range.

the worst case is they've just úpgraded their equipment in my area and things are supposed to be better here.. not worse.

omg... I thought the stupid sudden "slowdowns" only happen to me.. Man, it takes forever to download from mediafire and megaupload today.. What exactly happened? It was fine this morning..
