Currently i pick up the habit of drinking Nescafe 3 in 1 .... 1 day 1 packet in the morning ... 7 packets per week.
Whats the sugar level in each packet ? If i continues this habit, would i increase the risk of having diabetes ?
What about other side effects ?
Any good effects ?
thanks for helping

In any case, there's lots of sugar in it. Side effect: go google the side effects of caffeine and coffee. There are both good and bad. Excessive sugar, is certainly bad for anyone.

I tell you my past habit. I used to drink 7 - 8 mugs of coffee daily. It's a mug, not cup. Each mug = 500ml. So you know how unhealthy it is.
1 big table spoon of coffee with 1 1/2 big table spoon of condensed milk x 8 mugs. This is real bad. Been doing this for like half year.
I still take coffee now, but only on weekends, yea 3 in 1 coffee. Only like one or two packet a week.
I don't simply eat or drink crap like I used to anymore. Even if I see KFC or whatever tasty shit infront of me, I don't feel greedy. Not interested.

lol... i'm a coffee addict as well. I drink all kinds, Nescafe, Pearl (Power Root), kopi -o... you name it. my average is 2 - 3 cups a day. No problem sleeping as well. Saw on tv that coffee beans are natural anti-oxidant (so i guess it's good for the vain ones) heh heh..

I mix 2 packets of Nescafe 3 in 1 Regular in 1 mug, coz 1 packet is not strong enuff for me. I think there's more sugar in a can of soft drink than 2-3 packets of Nescafe. So, dun worry too much la. Even supposedly good food will become bad if taken excessively. Nowadays I take a careful look at the labels on fruit juices, like Peel Fresh, Sunkist, etc. Tropicana has the most sugar of all orange juices, AFAIK. I compared Sunkist normal & no added sugar. Guess what ? There's more sugar in the No Added Sugar thing....

If you take regular nescafe one packet per day, still consider okay..
Dont make it as habit until you need to drink rich nescafe one or two packet per day, rich nescafe is "pekat" than the regular one..

hohohoho....i think its ok to drink coffee at least twice per day....althought it may increase ur glucose level slightly, it will not cause ur Diabetes unless, ur other daily diets contain a lot of sugar....the things is, if u drink a lot everyday, it may cause u addiction, and u might have withdrawal symptom such as headache...

drinking 7packets a week is quite normal for most ppl, but for me tht's too many. i used to do that too, infact, more than 10packs a week. but i started to become 'heaty', teeth start to get stained, bones ache, feel weak without it, was quite bad. not only high in sugar, but also weakens bones. i stopped that habit few years ago. healthier now, but not as healthy as before.
drinking nescafe often doesnt make u a coffee lover, ure just addicted to the caffeine. coffee lovers makes real coffee from 'pure' coffee beans.
